I was born in Kenya, raised in Switzerland, lived in Spain for 11 years, and have worked in South America for 4 years. Phytocannabinoids and medicinal plants enthusiast with 20 years of experience in research and development. 

In 2008, I co-founded Phytoplant Research SL, which in 2012 received the first research license for medical cannabis in Spain. I joined Plena Global Holdings Inc (Canada) in 2019 as Chief Strategy Officer, where I have been managing a project licensed to grow medicinal cannabis in Colombia. In 2020, I founded PhytoFlow GmbH in the Italian part of Switzerland. We offer business consulting and project management services to our clients. 

I consult for companies specializing in phytotherapy, herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, and cosmetics. The focus of my work is to help companies define solid product development pipelines, optimize their operations, identify opportunities for sustainable growth, and build long-term relationships. 

Over the past few years, I have become passionate about web3, NFTs, and their potential applications within the industry.

I am a brand and experiential marketing director with 15+ years running campaigns for global and local brands in 27 countries. My work sits where brand strategy, sponsorship, live experiences, digital and commercial objectives meet. I started on the creative side, built my own agency, founded startups, then led major accounts, so I understand both the brand view and the delivery reality.

As co-founder and Projects & Account Director at Huggity I helped to grow a small Dublin shop into a recognised player in global experiential and digital marketing. 

I led sponsorship activations work for Coca Cola, McDonald’s, DHL, Carlsberg, Eir, Aviva, Liverpool FC, Manchester United, Brooklyn Nets and over 100 other global brands and events including delivery of fan engagement campaigns at FIFA World Cup, UEFA EURO, Rugby World Cup, F1, MOTO GP, Six Nations, GAA All Ireland Finals, NFL and NBA games.

I have worked both direct with brands and with agencies including Dentsu, Ogilvy and Saatchi & Saatchi, across sport, entertainment, energy, telecoms and hospitality.

What I enjoy most is winning business and clients, shaping the brief, turning commercial objectives into clear marketing or sponsorship activation plans, forging Go to Market strategy and then owning delivery with a small, sharp team. 

Alongside agency work I have owned funding cycles (pre-seed, seed, EU grants) and run venues and products. I led brand, marketing and commercial performance for a Polish hospitality group Klub na Fali (€12M revenue), at TRUSTT I have directed Pharmaceutically Compliant ERP SaaS product development (€1.5M) managing cross-functional teams of engineers, domain experts, QA, legal and finance across APAC & EMEA, and worked in Design and Art Director roles at the beginning of my career. 

All these experiences gave me a high level of adaptability, keep me close to P&L, pricing, funnels, CRM and what actually drives revenue.
