Early-stage startup. Early-stage twins. Any advice?
We have newborn twins at home.
My calendar now depends on a 90-minute nap window.
If they sleep, we jump on calls.
If not, we adapt 😄

Some nights are 2–3 hours of sleep.
Some days I’m sharp.
Some days I’m just… present.
I’m not complaining.
I’m learning.

You simply can’t run your business the same way anymore.
So I’m honestly asking:
How are you managing business and newborn life at the same time?
Did you reduce workload?
Change your schedule?
Lower expectations?
Build stricter routines?
Would really appreciate hearing from parents who’ve been through this.

Huge respect to mom, they’re carrying most of this.
I know this phase won’t last.
I just want to get it right. At work. And at home.

They can’t speak.
They can’t sit.
But they secured a milk upgrade.
No CRM.
No discovery call.
No objection handling.
Just synchronized demand.
Perfect timing. ;) :)

Gartner reports B2B buyers spend only 17% of their time with suppliers.

Yet most sales teams still optimize for:
 more leads,
 more calls,
 more activity.
But buyers don’t reward activity.
They reward relevance.

Sales= It’s timing + qualification + clarity.
Enter too early, you push.
Enter too late, you chase.

The twins don’t know any frameworks.
But they understand leverage.
Maybe that’s the real sales lesson.

Last week I jumped on stage at JCI Impact Lab – Leaders in Action.
Not to impress anyone.
Not to sound smart.
Just to be real.
We talked about projects that didn’t go as planned. About messy moments, tough calls, pressure… and still choosing to lead. 
I shared a few stories from my own journey, wins, mistakes, and some decisions that weren’t easy at all. That’s where growth actually happens.

As a JCI (Junior Chamber International) JCI BELGRADE member, I truly enjoy meeting new people, building connections across borders, and sharing experiences with those who take action and grow through challenges.

Leadership could be ''simple'', if:

U inspirativnom ambijentu Ložionice okupili smo članove, lidere, senatore, alumni zajednicu i goste sa zajedničkim ciljem – da razgovaramo o liderstvu kroz praktičnu primenu, realne projekte i iskustva sa terena.

Panel diskusija otvorila je teme koje su relevantne svakome ko vodi tim, razvija biznis ili preuzima odgovornost za rezultate. Govorili smo o trenucima kada teorija više nije dovoljna i kada nas konkretne situacije na projektu nauče više nego bilo koja edukacija. O greškama koje su nas oblikovale kao lidere i o važnosti stvaranja sigurnog prostora u kojem ljudi mogu da uče i rastu.

Poseban fokus bio je na balansu između operativnog rada i strateškog povlačenja, kao i na delegiranju – ne kao tehničkoj veštini, već kao pokazatelju poverenja i zrelosti lidera. Razgovarali smo i o situacijama kada je potrebno prepoznati da ideja ne funkcioniše i imati hrabrosti da se promeni pravac.

Jedna od ključnih poruka večeri bila je da se liderske veštine stečene kroz JCI projekte direktno prenose u profesionalni svet – kroz rad sa timovima, upravljanje projektima, komunikaciju, donošenje odluka i preuzimanje odgovornosti.

Diskusija je pokazala da liderstvo nije titula, već kontinuiran proces razvoja, prilagođavanja i rada sa ljudima.

Hvala svim panelistima, moderatorima i učesnicima na otvorenosti, iskrenim primerima i kvalitetnoj razmeni iskustava.
