As you can see, I'm Stapho Thienpont; a B2B marketing consultant focused on companies with high ACV.

🛫 in 2018 I wanted to start a marketing agency, I realized I didn't have enough money in the bank to do that in Belgium. So I took the 900 Euros I had in the bank, booked a one-way flight to Bulgaria, got an apartment there, and started my agency there. Ran it for a good 2,5 years before I sold it. 

🥋When I was 20 years old, I was obsessed with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, so much so that I dropped out of college to sleep on the mats of a gym in Stockholm. I later used that experience to start my own Brazilian Jiu-jitsu gym that accumulated more than 100 members in less than seven months. 

🐈🐈‍⬛ I have two beautiful cats, so if you want to distract me during any meeting or conversation, feel free to mention them for a 17 min detour. 

While I don't think any of the above will make you see me as an expert in ABM, Demand Gen, and Go-to-market strategy, it paints a picture of who I am. 

That being said, I'm the third member of fullfunnel.io, which is the best consultancy for B2B marketing for companies with high ACV. We're second to none regarding go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and LinkedIn marketing.

Marketing Lead

In charge of implementing a full-funnel high ticket B2B marketing with attributable impact on revenue. Some noteworthy initiatives so far:

1. Implemented 16 week lead nurturing program to accelerate pipeline velocity. 
2. Implemented ABM processes in the warm-up and activation stages. 
3. Helped define a cross-vertical and cross-horizontal segmentation, ICP's, and positioning. 
4. Implemented 1st and 3rd party intent data into our lead generation workflow. 
5. Mapped out the sales and marketing pipeline with microstages and relevant actions per stage
6. Executed on LinkedIn campaigns with CTR around 1.5%. 
7. Used LinkedIn social selling and thought-leadership across multiple accounts as a lead nurturing, demand generation, and sales enablement tool. 
8. Led a team of content creators. BDR's, and external vendors throughout dozens of campaigns.

Within the sales and business development team, I contribute to the promotion of our products, the propagation of the Basalte concept and the achievement of the sales objectives. My main objective is to present Basalte products and centralized control systems to specifiers and get in real estate projects as early as possible. 

Because of my local presence, I also provide Basalte’s management team with local insights on how to improve our products and how to do business in North America.

Business Development Manager USA

As a Business Development Manager I am responsible for the realization of multiple real estate projects happening at the same time, from their conceptual development to the start of their construction.

This requires active prospecting to suitable areas and properties, where it is important to follow the evolution of the real estate market.

To ensure that a project achieves the company's business objectives within the agreed budget, its feasibility must be investigated, budget forecasts need to be calculated and development plans have to be drawn up. It is important to evaluate all aspects of the planning. 

I also advise and support the negotiation on spatial planning and obtaining the necessary permits.

As an Assistant Technical Manager, I support the technical manager in the follow-up and completion of projects in progress. By guiding and supervising the contractors I make sure the projects are qualitative and delivered within the set deadline. Time management, communication skills and taking initiative are essential.


Actively involved in Residence Zilverhof in Diegem:

A highly qualitative senior housing development consisting of 108 service flats and a retail unit (Carrefour Express), with a total surface of 11.000 sqm. All units are sold and construction works were completed in July 2015. The day to day operation is managed by a professional care provider called ‘Time for Quality’, part of the Soprim@ Group. The project has a surface of 11.000 m2 and an investment value of € 25 million. Partners: Time4Quality, Carrefour, Abetec, Hooox, Jan De Nul. More info: www.residentiezilverhof.be.

Actively involved in The Village in Leuven:

The new student housing project " The Village", located on the site of the former cinema complex "The Studio's" offers 246 rooms and studios. The site also houses the new headquarters of Davidsfonds, as well as a single family home.  A large public courtyard unifies the various buildings. All units are sold and construction works were completed in December 2016. The project has a surface of 12.000 m2 and an investment value of € 25 million. My roots in real estate development and living the life in New York City 🗽 have shaped who I am today. I am a problem solver with strong analytical skills 🕵️‍♂️, I value knowledge that can be directly applied in practice, and I’m obsessed with staying organized and making life easier for myself and others. When I’m not at work or in denial about having a social life, you might find me at the bar, going to the gym, walking with my Golden Retriever 🦮 Mambo, skiing, reading biographies and management books, or watching videos of stand-up comedians. Unfortunately, Covid brought an end to my story in New York, but it led to one of the most beautiful chapters of my life: being the owner of my own company, Gig & Grow. 🤩 After 3 years, I decided to make an exit and join the ambitious team of SCIMM as COO and shareholder.
