As you can see, I'm Stapho Thienpont; a B2B marketing consultant focused on companies with high ACV.

🛫 in 2018 I wanted to start a marketing agency, I realized I didn't have enough money in the bank to do that in Belgium. So I took the 900 Euros I had in the bank, booked a one-way flight to Bulgaria, got an apartment there, and started my agency there. Ran it for a good 2,5 years before I sold it. 

🥋When I was 20 years old, I was obsessed with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, so much so that I dropped out of college to sleep on the mats of a gym in Stockholm. I later used that experience to start my own Brazilian Jiu-jitsu gym that accumulated more than 100 members in less than seven months. 

🐈🐈‍⬛ I have two beautiful cats, so if you want to distract me during any meeting or conversation, feel free to mention them for a 17 min detour. 

While I don't think any of the above will make you see me as an expert in ABM, Demand Gen, and Go-to-market strategy, it paints a picture of who I am. 

That being said, I'm the third member of fullfunnel.io, which is the best consultancy for B2B marketing for companies with high ACV. We're second to none regarding go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and LinkedIn marketing.

Marketing Lead

In charge of implementing a full-funnel high ticket B2B marketing with attributable impact on revenue. Some noteworthy initiatives so far:

1. Implemented 16 week lead nurturing program to accelerate pipeline velocity. 
2. Implemented ABM processes in the warm-up and activation stages. 
3. Helped define a cross-vertical and cross-horizontal segmentation, ICP's, and positioning. 
4. Implemented 1st and 3rd party intent data into our lead generation workflow. 
5. Mapped out the sales and marketing pipeline with microstages and relevant actions per stage
6. Executed on LinkedIn campaigns with CTR around 1.5%. 
7. Used LinkedIn social selling and thought-leadership across multiple accounts as a lead nurturing, demand generation, and sales enablement tool. 
8. Led a team of content creators. BDR's, and external vendors throughout dozens of campaigns.

CultureAI helps organisations detect and fix human cyber risks in real time, going beyond traditional awareness training with AI-driven interventions. As part of the marketing team, I deliver multi-channel campaigns, create content, support events, drive partner marketing, and manage campaign operations to grow awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

Product-Led Alliance

As an Events Marketing Coordinator, I have gained valuable skills in building and executing multi-channel marketing programs that drive targeted delegate registrations and revenue. I excel in managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels and running affiliate marketing campaigns to drive attendance and revenue. My expertise in measuring and analyzing campaign performance, as well as my ability to proactively recommend optimization and growth opportunities, have been key to my success in this role. I have also established myself as a core member of the marketing team, collaborating with a range of professionals to ensure that priorities are aligned and execution plans are on track. My strong communication skills, ability to work effectively as part of a team, and passion for using data to shape campaigns have all contributed to my success in this role. Experience with ESPs and CRMs and basic Google Analytics understanding, as well as familiarity with project management tools, are desirable skills that I have developed in this role. I am confident in my ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Events Marketing Coordinator

Mosquito Alert — Research and strategy development January 2022 - July 2022
Was hired on this project to solve the question “Which marketing factors are relevant in the decision to download and continue to use the Mosquito Alert app? which concluded with a report and presentation to the relevant stakeholders. The results have been the implementation of my findings and action points carried out which has resulted in less severe drops in app usage during the mosquito season and a more continuous flow of data for the scientists.

Lumi3re — Digital Marketing Project September 2021 - January 2022
I analysed and developed a digital marketing strategy for them. Elements of this analysis were around their website design and features, social media strategies (such as influencer marketing tactics), and digital and brick-and-mortar campaigns. Created a website prototype which incorporated the design, UX and keyword strategy which I developed. The implementation of my strategy resulted in an increased awareness of relevant performance metrics and highlighted areas in which further attention needs to be focused.

General marketer

Cloudwhale

Cloudwhale was a startup which developed games for individuals with special needs. The games would cater to their limited mobility and would provide a creative outlet and opportunity for independence for the clients. I was brought on to help do a business and market analysis for them, create a 3-year strategy and set up tracking for their analytics. I also assisted in the creation of key relationships with multiple special needs educational institutions and the make wish foundation. Facilitated showcases of the company and product at relevant fairs and conferences. Was unfortunately unable to continue due to covid and strict social distancing requirements for people with compromised immune systems which was often the case for the clients.

Junior Marketing Consultant (Freelance)

Brandfield

Developed a SEA campaign in conjunction with the social media team for Mother's day and increased CTR by 12%. Linkbuild for the .fr and .de websites through partnerships with bloggers and maintained partnerships with other CPC partners also. Analysed competitors in the Netherlands, France, Belgium, and Germany and created the best keyword strategy based on customer interactions for a variety of new products.
