My CFA System Explained 👇

If you’re a coach considering ads for the first time, read this.

Let’s use a simple example:

A coach with 4,370 followers
Planning to promote a ₹3K offer

Here’s the framework I'd use to launch profitable ads 👇

Step 1️⃣: Move followers → email list

Goal: Is to move audiences from borrowed platforms to owned attention.

For this, we run ads to either:
👉 A lead magnet
👉 Or the low-ticket offer directly

On average, a good campaign typically converts at 20%+ to leads.

4,370 × 20% = ~874 leads

Even at a conservative 4% purchase rate (industry average):

874 leads → ~35 buyers
35 × ₹3,000 = ₹1,05,000 revenue

From warm traffic alone.

Step 2️⃣: Add new traffic for consistent leads & revenue generation

Cold → Warm → Buyer running in parallel.

That’s how you build an ongoing cycle of

People discover you → trust you → buy from you.

A 13x revenue jump in one week. This was an untested offer. 

This launch performed badly in the first week. So the client said, “It’s not converting. Let's test another offer.”

I looked at data and said NO.

1️⃣ His CTR was 0.6%.
That told me immediately: messaging mismatch.

Before touching budgets, we fixed clarity:

👉 What exactly is the offer?
👉 Why does it matter right now?
👉 Why should someone want this?

Once that was clear, we relaunched the same ads with a sharper problem-agitation angle for cold traffic.

2️⃣ Next bottleneck? The sales page.

🫴 My client rebranded a $57 offer → $147

Before:
$1,960 revenue in an entire quarter.

After rebranding:
$648 sales at $147 without ads
Then $2,375 in 2 weeks with ads.

Same offer.
Just clearer positioning + messaging.

Sometimes the problem isn’t the offer.
It’s how the offer is packaged.

Most coaches assume an offer isn't selling because the price is too high.

❌ But that’s rarely the real problem.

✅ More often, it’s positioning.

A client of mine recently rebranded an offer that used to sell for $57.

Last year that version barely generated $1,960 in an entire quarter.

So instead of discounting it further, we did something different:

We repositioned and rebranded the offer at $147.

Before running ads, we tested the new version as a tripwire alongside the main offer.

👉 Result:
5 sales → $650 revenue
Zero ad spend.

That was the signal we needed.

Next step: launch ads with a conversion-focused funnel and messaging.

Within 2 weeks, the campaign generated: $2,375 in revenue

Validating that the new messaging, pricing, and positioning were working.
