With over 20 years of experience in psychology, mental health, and high-performance coaching, I help high-achieving individuals perform, connect, and lead at their highest level—without compromising their wellbeing.

My work sits at the intersection of human behaviour, perfectionism, and executive performance. I support senior leaders across finance, law, Formula 1, and public life—those operating under intense pressure and scrutiny—who often need a trusted, strategic partner behind the scenes. I specialise in perfectionism and how it both fuels success and quietly undermines clarity, relationships, and sustainable growth.

As a coach and consultant, I work closely with CEOs, founders, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals to strengthen emotional regulation, decision-making, and relational intelligence—core foundations of high performance. My approach blends psychological insight with commercial awareness and discretion.

I’m also the Founder & CEO of Reddi, a private matchmaking app for extraordinary singles. Built on attachment theory and AI-led introductions, Reddi challenges the speed and superficiality of modern dating. We partner with the world’s top private matchmakers to create intentional, lasting connections for high-calibre individuals.

Through L’Amour Privé, Reddi’s luxury event arm, I created The 10K Club—an invitation-only private dining experience for elite singles, public figures, and UHNW individuals. These gatherings offer something rare: curated, discreet spaces where chemistry and conversation matter more than profile or performance.

I hold an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, and am a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), with additional certifications in cognitive behavioural coaching, psychometric testing, and project management. My approach draws on a wide range of psychological models—including ACT, DBT, CFT, MBT, and SFT—adapted for high performers to improve emotional regulation, resilience, and clarity under pressure.

Whether I’m coaching in confidence, facilitating private connections, or helping someone recalibrate how they show up in the world—my focus is always the same: depth, intention, and sustainable excellence.

We believe that as orchestrators of relationships, we also need to be socially responsible. Poor mental health outcomes are increasing, young people are not even hooking-up or having sex, and we’ve seen a rise in solo mums by choice, and single lonely depressed men. Something is going wrong, and we want to be the thought leaders behind changing that: not just for our current generations, but the many more to come.

Our app is just the tip of the iceberg, and we have big dreams to create more products and experiences, both digital and in real life - we are creating a 'connecting, educational, and supportive coaching' platform designed to not be deleted - we want to be there for our members throughout all of their relationship lifecycles.

I run Minds@Work, a charity that improves wellbeing by offering something we are increasingly starved of -- deep human connection. We create kind, compassionate and self-aware virtual communities ('HIVEs'), full of people striving to improve their own health.  

Belonging is what we all crave -- its at the heart of every thriving team, family or friendship group. As a lesbian with bi-polar, I often felt like the outsider. But in truth, many people feel the loneliness of exclusion. The HIVE programme, which I helped develop, is designed to strengthen bonds within any group. Unpaid carers. New parents. LGBTQIA+, University students, Disabled people and more.

This work springs from my personal mission to help people be their truest and healthiest selves.
