Hi, I’m Stacy, 
a small-town lake country girl turned modern traditionalist, building emotionally intelligent technology and presence-based leadership systems for the future of legacy.

Since I was ten, I’ve believed business could be done differently — not just more efficiently, but more humanly.

For 27+ years, I led innovation across startups and Fortune 5 companies. I learned how systems scale and how trust breaks, whether because emotion gets edited out or because unchecked emotion runs the show.

When it was time to choose what came next, I couldn’t return to the system I once believed would take me to the top.

That decision sparked my current path, one that bridges emotional intelligence, technology, and generational wealth.

I founded Equati to help family offices, investors, and founders align values, vision, and legacy within their direct investing. Because legacy isn’t numbers on a page; it's a living system shaped by presence, trust, and the way we communicate across generations.

Alongside Equati, I serve as a Presence-Based Chief of Staff & Leadership Consigliere --- a strategic partner to founders, principals, and family enterprises navigating growth, succession, or strategic inflection points.

My work blends strategic clarity with emotional intelligence, helping leaders create coherence across their people, priorities, and processes.

Established the IT Project Management Office by successfully centralizing IT Project Managers and created a PM career path for the organization. Implemented process improvements resulting in a 16% decrease of PM spend on projects while delivering results and providing needed PM services to the organization. Continued to refine the PMO services provided to support the needs of the organization by developing six team members into scrum masters.

Managed a team of system analysts and developers with responsibility for enhancing and maintaining the Eligibility and Client Claim File systems. Advanced our team and systems through ETL training and application. Collaborated with business partners and IT managers to complete projects and enhancement requests within the defined schedules, meeting stakeholder and client needs.

Established an application release management process in alignment with the established project management practices which became the basis for six other application release processes. Successfully planned and executed several new client implementations of consumer directed health care plans.
