As the Director of Product Design at Kissflow, my roles and responsibilities are multi-faceted and dynamic. I am responsible for leading and guiding the product design team in creating user-centered design strategies that align with our business objectives. This involves overseeing the entire product design process, from ideation and conceptualization to execution and delivery. It's my job to ensure our designs are aesthetically appealing, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our customers. Furthermore, I collaborate closely with other departments, such as product management and engineering, to ensure seamless integration of design with product functionality. My role also entails monitoring industry trends and advancements, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the team, and driving continuous improvement in our design processes and standards.

I led the team in timely delivery of quality design projects, implemented design strategies aligned with business goals, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to define design initiatives. I conducted user research and created design systems for consistency across products, mentored team members, established relationships with external design agencies, and participated in product roadmap planning. Staying up-to-date with design trends, I presented design concepts to stakeholders, executives, and clients to obtain support.

My primary job is to establishing design processes and standards and improve the product design process and outcomes. Balancing design priorities and resources to deliver on business objectives and meet user needs.

My responsibilities included defining product goals, conducting user research and analysis, visualizing design concepts, validating and iterating design solutions, and establishing design standards.
