Integrated Performance Digital Marketing Manager- Europe

Responsible for strategizing and managing digital Performance Marketing and media campaigns with a focus on key European markets and channels.
Helping grow the market share by using digital ecosystems and media to drive sales across e-retailers, as well own direct-to-consumer platform, which is a key strategic ambition. 
Key media activations to plan together with our agency partners include, but are not limited to,
(digital) TV, display, SEA, and Paid Social. 
The planning of all media activities in an integrated approach, as well as linking any digital media with above-the-line media, within an integrated journey and ecosystem.
Liase closely with agencies as well as with the MarCom Lead, eCom D2C and Sales managers to create campaigns that serve the overall Sales and Marketing objectives across the full consumer decision journey.
Connecting learnings and best practice activations across channels and markets and
creating insights and optimizations based on data and consumer behavior are part of the role.
Exchanging insights with the US Digital Team as well supporting an increased global learning.
Direct accountability for digital Performance Marketing KPI’s and delivering strong ROAS figures that accelerate the business growth.
Develop and lead Performance marketing plans for key markets, addressing all relevant digital media touchpoints in the journey to grow awareness amongst target audience, increase conversion rate, and
overall ROAS.
Working across multiple areas of activation including, Prospecting, Engage, Retargeting and
Close (PERC model)
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and plan for media and content
enhancements, digital campaigns, promotional initiatives, merchandizing strategies, test &
learn activities, content updates etc. Create, maintain and socialize initiative roadmaps to align
teams, timing, budget and prioritize resource.

As a UX design intern at Volkswagen, my responsibilities included crafting impactful icons, utilizing rapid sketching techniques, conducting insightful user research, and developing user stories. I demonstrated proficiency in creating effective information architecture, translating concepts into low-fidelity wireframes, and refining them into interactive prototypes. Additionally, I spearheaded the creation of a distinctive logo for a web-based platform, showcasing my design acumen. Collaborating with fellow designers, I contributed to the success of other projects by developing comprehensive user stories, refining information architecture, and producing both low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity screens. My dedication to innovation extended to learning and exploring After Effects for the production of a compelling project launch video.

ISKCON

As a UX design intern at ISKCON, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience for a comprehensive food recipe app. Collaborating closely with stakeholders and developers, I conducted thorough user research to understand needs and preferences. Leveraging this insight, I crafted user stories, developed robust information architecture, and translated concepts into low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes. The result was a centralized platform that streamlined access to all ISKCON recipes, providing users with a seamless and engaging culinary experience.
