One of my key responsibilities is recruiting and training new representatives. With precision, I'm setting the stage for them to consistently meet and exceed KPIs, especially in the realms of mid and high-ticket sales. This commitment doesn’t end at onboarding; it's about creating a continuum of learning and growth, ensuring their trajectory matches the company's vision.

I'll be forging data-driven sales strategies, leveraging comprehensive reporting tools to align the team with our overarching goals. Collaboration is paramount: while working hand-in-hand with the Sales Director, Sales Lead, and HR is essential, my role also requires a symbiotic relationship with the Marketing team, ensuring that our sales approaches are backed by strong market insights and effective campaigns.

I'm an advocate for open dialogue, bridging the gap between the sales team, management, and other departments to ensure a harmonized journey towards our milestones. Sales Manager

As a hiring and training sales development manager, my role involves identifying and recruiting talented individuals to join our sales team, and providing them with the necessary training and guidance to succeed in their roles. I develop job descriptions, advertise job openings, review resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and make job offers. 

Once we onboard new sales team members, I shift to training and coaching them to achieve their goals. I develop training programs, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, set performance metrics, and monitor progress to ensure that the team is meeting or exceeding their targets.

Ultimately, my responsibility is to build a talented and effective sales team that can generate revenue and drive business growth.

Sales Development Representative Hiring and Training Manager

As a self-employed Appointment Setter, I played a pivotal role in driving business growth by strategically scheduling appointments across low, mid, and high-ticket sales. My responsibilities included:
