As the 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 for the Four Seasons' enterprise instance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), I play a highly pivotal role in managing and optimizing our extensive marketing database ecosystem, overseeing multiple interconnected data extensions within this complex hierarchy. Leveraging 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗤𝗟 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀, I lead efforts in direct marketing, email campaign attribution, and customer segmentation, ensuring targeted and effective marketing strategies.

Highlighting my key contributions, I spearheaded the entire development initiative for the SFMC Post-Stay Communications Project, launching in December 2023. More recently, I was the development lead on the Guest Cancellation Email Trigger, launched in June 2024. These groundbreaking projects both relied on my expertise in data orchestration and includes a dual-email strategy developed in Journey Builder, featuring both transactional and marketing emails personalized to guest experiences.

My implementation of SQL and AMPScript has significantly enhanced email personalization, improving the guest experience by adapting content based on their stay history, such as differentiating between first-time and repeat guests, and providing recommended subsequent stays informed by a connected propensity model database.

Further, my role involves integrating Ad Studio with Meta and Google Ads, significantly broadening our digital advertising impact. Through meticulous render-testing with Litmus, I ensure our email communications are visually appealing and effective across diverse devices, enhancing guest engagement and satisfaction.

My position concluded amid a purported RIF, but in my tenure at Instabug, I led all digital marketing operations, integration, web development, data capture, segmentation, reporting, and automation initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing, Design, Product, and Sales Departments.

Loom was also an integral part of our collaboration stack, as it allowed me to record screen-casted video walkthroughs in parallel as I continued to seamlessly contribute to the delivery of projects that were crucial for our Department to meet or exceed predefined targets set for each fiscal quarter, without the need to fully rely on Zoom meetings.

In Q1 2023, we implemented a full-scale Webflow <> Marketo <> LeanData <> Salesforce integration with comprehensive tracking and user flows. As well, I collaborated with the Design Team via Figma files to push exciting site initiatives, and logged a "Release Notes Doc" on Confluence to keep track of key site updates. My position concluded prior to Workday's acquisition due to a department restructuring, but in my tenure at Evisort, our team achieved several significant milestones. Evisort's Contract Intelligence Platform helps you centrally manage contracts, get real-time contract analytics and automates contract lifecycle processes.

In Q3 2021, I spearheaded the website migration project from WordPress to Webflow, 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟴𝟬%.

In Q4 2021, I led the marketing automation platform and database migration project from HubSpot Marketing Hub to Salesforce Pardot, over just a 2-week phase with the support of our implementation partner, as our timeline was shortened due to a license expiration deadline and overlapping holiday schedules.

In Q1 2022, I fully automated the ongoing injection of campaign-, ad group-, keyword- and device-level data attribution with closed-loop ROI reporting in Salesforce on Google/Bing Ads Campaigns. Sapling was acquired by Kallidus (https://www.linkedin.com/company/kallidus/) in 2021 to offer a global HR and Learning platform to mid-market and enterprise businesses. Pre-acquisition, Sapling's software helped mid-market HR teams automate workflows, support data-driven decisions, and be more strategic, and was the platform of choice for KAYAK, KPMG, Udemy, and Sephora.

In Q3 2020, I led the revamp of our attribution naming convention, email marketing templates (go.bishoyriad.com/samples), and automation program logic. Moreover, I performed CRO via Google Optimize with a 𝟰𝟬𝟬% 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. In Q4 2020, I fully automated the ongoing injection of campaign-, ad -, keyword- and device-level data attribution with closed-loop ROI reporting in Salesforce on Google/Bing Ads Campaigns. I also 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗥 𝗯𝘆 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬% to 70%+ for the demo request flow step in our "Remote Onboarding eBook Nurture” by incorporating the new CTA design alongside copy with already above-average engagement rates. Finally, we reached our webinar registration threshold, 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮.𝟱𝗸+ 𝗯𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 via new demand gen strategies including LinkedIn Events and my newly developed interactive email templates with countdown timers and embedded videos.

Transitioned from this travel industry role to the B2B SaaS industry due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Led all digital marketing, integration, data capture, segmentation, reporting, and automation initiatives. I also regularly supported web development projects. I primarily oversaw the marketing automation system (Marketo), Salesforce integration, email development, data infrastructure, lead scoring models, marketing/web/CRM reporting and all touchpoints that run parallel to a robust Martech stack.

Worked across channels and collaborated with the Marketing team, Web team, Sales team as well as Paid Media agencies on building seamless customer journeys that generate inquiries and bookings. To that end, I devised customer segmentation strategies that align marketing insights with business requirements, and produced core nurture programs tailored to the customer journey.

Crafted an email campaign process that enabled us to efficiently develop email campaigns with layers of interactivity, personalization, and dynamic sections for an immersive, on-brand UX. I also trained staff to consistently follow and optimize the test/QA process documentation.

To extract and consolidate data, I ran bulk database operations using the Marketo REST API library and SFDC Data Loader. As well, I transformed raw metrics into data visualization reports with BI and analytical tools including Google Data Studio, Marketo Email Insights, and Salesforce Lightning Dashboards.

Lastly, as part of the marketing value chain project, I configured automated reports using Google Sheets integrations via multiple data input sources:
