Worked on three core projects.

- Project managed and implemented a system that kept customer records secure and up to date across the Email Marketing System and Booking System via a two-way sync whilst adhering to GDPR standards.

- Self initiated a project to realign Salon Pages to convert better - I wire-framed the changes and submitted direct to to COO then implemented to code from Designs and used Google Optimize to A/B test with third party SEO Agency - yielding up to 15% better conversion rate whilst speeding up page load rates across 10 salons.

- Worked on a Task Force consisting of the CFO and Director of IT to implement a better booking system which worked on site via a modal screen instead of linking off to booking vendor. A/B tested yielding up to 20% better conversation rate across 5 salons.


Day to day responsibilities included keeping website secure and up to date whilst increasing page load times. I decreased page load time of Homepage by 30% by using optimised images minified (and gzipped) scripts and deleting unused elements.

I was also lead technical contact for Email Marketing Systems, Web Bookings Engine and Third party SEO Agency.
