Its been a wild ass ride of building DUDE Wipes from the BOTTOM up.

We started back in 2012, just some dudes with no experience, a dream, and, well, some stinky asses. We hated toilet paper and knew there had to be a better way 🚫🧻 

So, with $30k in cash and a tiny apartment in Chicago, we launched DUDE Wipes.

Fast forward a few years, and we even snagged a deal on Shark Tank. Mark Cuban saw the vision and joined the DUDE revolution 🦈 

Today, we’re wiping billions of butts a year, with DUDE Wipes available at Walmart, Target, Kroger, Amazon—pretty much everywhere! 🌎

•	Cultivate relationships (via online and in person) and key liaison between current clients and prospects (and internal programming/technical team) to understand and document client business requirements. 
•	Work with all internal and external teams to successfully detail and build timelines, roadmap/plans, troubleshoot issues and resolve.  Provide the ultimate customer service satisfaction for all implementations/projects and new business initiatives.
•	Work with associations and industry publications best ways to utilize their services, contacts, meetings, events, sponsorships, ads, etc. to reach our target market for the most value-added outcome for new business opportunities.
•	Managed Sage and NetSuite, cloud-based ERP, CRM and Accounting Systems.   Train and demonstrate capabilities for internal team and potential clients.

Account Manager/Business Development

CompuSystems, Inc.

CompuSystems, Inc. is a full-service event registration contractor.  The Event Services Manager serves as the primary liaison between CompuSystems, Inc. and the client.    Essential Responsibilities:

•	Create and manage a template driven show delivery schedule / plan that outlines the various milestones required for the pre-show, onsite, and post-show event registration process 
•	Lead meetings with CSI clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions in accordance with CompuSystems’ existing processes and best practices
•	Lead requirement analysis with internal technical staff, and propose registration solutions to the client; assist in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities
•	Manage the internal show team to meet all internal deliverables, ensuring quality solutions and exceeding client expectations
•	Demonstrate through the learning of various solutions and services the required competency level to perform the position
•	Highly committed to being the client advocate, specifically in the areas of quality, communication, timely delivery, service, and Best Practices
•	Accountable for providing exceptional and dedicated service and support to exceed client expectations.

Event Services Manager

Personal Assistant/Event and Meeting/Estate  Manager	
•	Strategically plan, manage and implement all meetings and events locally, nationally and internationally.
•	Responsible for proposals, correspondence, research, mailings, travel arrangements, supplies and providing technical support.
•	Schedule and manage all vendors, as well as responsible for all day-to-day Operations on estate.
•	Organize public and private events and meeting conferences, (create and execute timelines) for large and small organizations locally and nationally, including media events for publishers on bus tours, book cruises, etc.

Key contact/liaison for current and new clients.  Assisted in new business efforts, doubling the number of clients and assets under management (AUM) in under two years.  
•	Responsible for all client correspondence, account management, including all policy investment applications and portfolio reporting.
•	Managed all payables, receivables and expenses.
•	Planned and executed client and networking meetings and workshops.
•	Maintained database and website, as well as company licensing, online calendar.

Director of Client Relations

Time Media Direct,  a Time Warner Company

Effectively led, managed, trained and motivated a 1,000+, full time and part-time national field sales/merchandising team of managers/members, executing service in over 4,000 retail outlets.
•	Used creative marketing strategies to acquire new business and realign sales team to achieve revenue growth of 30% in less than one year.  
•	Created and implemented standardized, efficient store set and reset and training material within budgeted service costs, improving sales efficiency of over 40% in a national retail chain in less than one year.
•	Successfully integrated a sales team of over 800 people from a company acquisition.

Director of Field Operations

I’m a Chicago native who has worked throughout the U.S., and was based in both Palm Springs, CA and Manhattan, NY for several years.    Early in my career, I worked for a privately held, entrepreneurial start-up that grew to 800 employees and was acquired by Time Warner.   I have more than 20 years of experience in Merchandising Services and Promotions.   As an accomplished Project Manager with a strong eye for detail, I am committed to building trust with clients.   I have a strong work ethic that was instilled in me as a youth and worked multiple jobs throughout my high school years.   I am a self-motivated professional who excels in working collaboratively in a team to achieve successful results and exceed goals.
