My primary responsibility as the Digital Marketing Manager is to ensure quality and timely work for our wide array of digital marketing clients. I do this by leading our teams in performing Local Visibility, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing and Advertising, and Google Pay Per Click campaigns. However, my secondary responsibilities include being a therapist/involuntary human resources generalist, business development relief pitcher/closer, and office morale booster/cheerleader. 

I have also introduced and implemented multiple new software programs to increase efficiency, profitability, and quality assurance for both agency and clients. The people at my company also think these software programs are neat. In this respect, I'm much like the tech-savvy son who must teach his parents how to use their shiny new smartphone. I love it.

On a day-by-day basis, I oversee our SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Content Marketing team's production, strategy, and training. I also get pranked by said team, whether that's by getting frightened out of my skin by sneakily placed covert cardboard cut out figures, or opening my door to a torrential downpour of ping pong balls raining down on my head. You could say my management style is lateral, however, I say my team and I have quite a sibling-like relationship in a very corporate way.

A couple of neat things I've done are restructuring the SEO program and processes, overhauling the Local Visibility program, and creating a cogent and cohesive keyword research process that marries the logic of math with the art of language.
