I started my career in software sales, where I realized most B2B content felt too safe and that great event content was lacking. That gap led me to cofound EventShark with my business partner Ding Zheng (aka The Sales Rapper), so we could bring creativity, energy, and intentionality into B2B video and event capture.

I also co-host the “EventShark Podcast” where we dive into what’s working in B2B content, LinkedIn strategy, and brand building with other marketers and founders.

Outside of work, I’m into fitness, running, coffee, and travel. I post semi-regular vlogs on LinkedIn and YouTube, sharing the behind-the-scenes of building a creative video agency.

Dallas day trip!

→ 4:40 AM wake-up call → 3.5 hour drive to Dallas → full content shoot with Selery Fulfillment, Inc. → drive back to Austin.

Mason Culp and I spent the day capturing b-roll, drone footage, customer testimonials, and exec interviews at their epic 400k+ sqft facility.

Dope fact: Selery is backed by Mark Cuban and handles all merchandise fulfillment for the Dallas Mavericks.

These days are a grind, but absolute blast.

Wouldn’t want it any other way 😤

After a busy week in the office and a trip to Dallas on Tuesday, I’m using today to catch up on deep work & my own stuff.

Editing through content from my recent trip to Dubai for the 1 Billion Followers Summit.

Had a bunch of really good conversations with creators there who are doing it at the highest level.

It gave me a lot of inspiration for how I’m approaching content in 2026, for our clients and my own projects.

Can’t wait to share what I learned.

So taking advantage of a day inside to drink coffee and lock in ☕

I went to Dubai earlier this month to attend the 1 Billion Followers Summit!

This conference brought together some of the top creators in the world to share best practices around content creation.

I literally saw MrBeast in the hotel lobby during it...

Biggest takeaway: EVERYONE WAS FILMING

I'm not exaggerating when I say I saw 200+ different people doing street interviews, filming content in every corner of the event.

It made me incredibly bullish on one thing: shooting content at your events is the most effective way to batch content right now. It's exactly what the best creators are doing.

If you're running events and not capturing content, you're leaving massive value on the table.
