I've left.

It's been weeks now... and I'm never going back.

Ever.

If you're still using ChatGPT as your go-to AI... you are missing out.

To most of the general public, ChatGPT IS AI...but I simply do not trust Sam Altman and his motives.

 But that's for another post.

I've been using Claude since it launched around the same time as ChatGPT in late 2022.

I always felt it was the better "writer"  more nuanced, more considered, less like talking to a confident robot.

But then like most of us, I drank the OpenAI Kool-Aid for a few years. 

Then it was Perplexity.  Simply for its flexibility in choosing models, and it's still a great tool for research and search. Their Comet browser has actually been my default for about 5 months now.

But in the last 6 weeks, the leap in intelligence from Claude has simply blown my mind 🤯

Here's why you should seriously consider making the switch:

It thinks before it answers. Claude reasons through problems rather than just pattern-matching to the most likely response. When I'm working through strategy, positioning, or complex client problems -  that difference is enormous.

It writes like a human being. Not corporate-speak. Not a bulleted list of buzzwords dressed up as insight. Claude understands context, tone, and nuance in a way that still surprises me. For anyone in marketing or communications,  this alone is the game changer.

It pushes back. I actually want my AI to tell me when I'm wrong, or when my thinking has a gap. Claude does this. Respectfully. Intelligently. It makes the work better.

It's honest about what it doesn't know. No hallucinated statistics delivered with misplaced confidence. 
Claude is far more likely to say "I'm not certain" than to fabricate an answer that sounds plausible. In a business context, that matters enormously.

The agentic capabilities are trily next level. With Claude Code and its ability to reason across complex, multi-step tasks.
I'm now building automation frameworks for my agency that would have taken a developer weeks to spec out, let alone build. 

This is where I believe the real productivity revolution is happening right now.
I'm not saying ChatGPT doesn't have its place. 

But if you're a founder, a marketer, or anyone who uses AI to do serious work  I'd encourage you to spend a week with Claude and see what you've been missing.

The gap has widened. Significantly.

And I'm not going back.

4 months ago, LiveHaus stepped out of a Notion doc and into reality (and guess what notion is now backing us 😉). an idea filled with excitement and honestly, a lack of confidence.

i did not know if it would work.
i did not know if people would show up.
i did not know if i was ready.

today, it is real.

not heavily funded.
not backed by a big team.
just belief, long days and relentless effort.

in the last 4 months, we hosted our first season in december with saleshaus and peoplehaus.

now we are preparing for the next chapter.

in march, we bring saleshaus and peoplehaus back to sydney.
we launch startuphaus and techhaus in sydney.
and we take saleshaus to melbourne.

that feels surreal.

my belief has always been simple.

ai will replace parts of what we do.
but it will not replace humans meeting humans.

we are social beings.

Most people think running builds legs. For me? It built my mind. Gym builds muscles. Running builds mindset. Big difference.

At the gym you’ve got mirrors, music, and people watching. On a run? It’s just you, your footsteps, and that annoying little voice in your head saying:
“Legs hurt.”
“Weather’s bad.”
“Skip today. No one will know.”

But every time you keep going, you quietly prove something to yourself:
you’re stronger than your excuses.

I wasn’t even a runner until a year ago. Now I get it. The people out there running while everyone else is at brunch or doom-scrolling? Yeah, they’re built a little different.

There were days I didn’t go for a run because I felt great. I went because I felt overwhelmed, tired, or stuck in my head.

And somehow, somewhere between kilometre 2 and 6, things would shift. Running has this quiet way of clearing the mental noise. You start with stress. You finish with clarity.

It teaches you things life doesn’t spell out, which I also apply in my life and while building LiveHaus as well:
– You can keep going even when it’s uncomfortable
– Progress comes from small, consistent effort
– Your mind usually quits before your body does
- Trust in the process and the results will follow. 

And the best part? You don’t do it alone.

Some of my strongest friendships with legends such as 🍵 Sid Tatikonda, 🌴 Nick Irwin-Matthews, Michael Batko and 🌏 Reynolds Tang-Smith were built while chasing kilometres together. Accountability turns into conversations. Conversations turn into growth.

Over time, you don’t just run faster. You think better, decide better, and handle life better.

Running became my reset button. My moving meditation. My proof that hard things make you stronger: mentally first, physically second.

Hey Saurabh, what’s been your biggest learning since running your own thing? Simple.

Don’t get drunk on the highs.
Don’t drown in the lows.
Stay level headed and grounded at all the times.

There are days everything clicks.
Sponsors align. Speakers confirm. Tickets move.

And then there are days you just need a long run or a brutal gym session to reset your head.

No steady paycheck hitting the account.
No safety net.
Just belief, execution and momentum.

It’s no joke.

With something like LiveHaus, there are so many moving parts at once: venue, sponsors, marketing partners, speakers, logistics, ticket sales: all while trying to curate a genuinely high-quality room.

And yet, in the last 2 months alone, we’ve locked in 35+ incredible speakers and some remarkable partners across our Season 2 events.

What started as an idea has quickly turned into rooms filled with energy, credibility and momentum. It’s honestly insane when I pause and think about it.

🙌 But here’s the thing:
If you get too high on that, then the next setback will hit harder.

You quickly realise two things:

2️⃣ Your time is too precious to chase people who don’t want to build with you.

Over the last 1 year, I’ve stepped away from so many projects, collaborations and people. At that moment, it felt like a setback. Almost like a disaster.

In hindsight?
It gave me clarity, direction and mental peace.

And nothing compounds like a calm mind at the end of the day. 

When you’re steady, you build better.
When you’re grounded, you decide better.
When you protect your energy, you grow faster.

That’s probably the biggest lesson so far.

If you’re building something of your own, how do you stay level through the chaos?

A founder from Melbourne messaged me this week. She joined the LiveHaus WhatsApp community yesterday. Today she says:

“I’m a big fan of what you’re building. I’m keen to book my ticket and fly up for StartupHaus.”

This is why we do this.
Not for vanity metrics.
Not for event photos.
Not for “look how many people showed up.”

PeopleHaus Season 2 | March 2026

There’s something unique about people who deeply care about their fitness whether it’s running, yoga, lifting, or meditation.

It’s never just about looking fit.

It’s about discipline.
It’s about self-respect.
It’s about showing up when you don’t feel like it.

Looking strong is earned.
So is building something meaningful.

Over the last 1 year, running has become an integral part of my life. Not just for fitness but for clarity.

Some of my biggest LiveHaus & Impact Circle decisions were made mid-run.
Some of my hardest weeks were processed kilometre by kilometre.
Some of my boldest ideas came when my legs were tired but my mind was sharp.

Training for a marathon feels exactly like building from scratch.

You don’t see results immediately.
You question yourself halfway through.
You hit the wall.
You think about quitting.

But you keep moving.

Because momentum compounds.

I’ve also realised something about myself.

I’m deeply drawn to people who take care of themselves in any form. There’s a different energy to them. Long-term thinking. Delayed gratification. Resilience.

And I genuinely feel lucky living in Sydney, where fitness isn’t optional; it’s cultural.

Early ocean swims.
Park runs before work.
Running during lunch time and after work. 
Tuesday evening 10Ks.

That mindset spills into business. Into leadership. Into community.

The same people who train their bodies consistently tend to build their careers and communities the same way.

I hit 1600+ Kms in 2025 with 100K+ months of running for 10 months straight. Thats what I look for. Choose 1 activity where you can show me consistency for the next 6 months even when you feel bored, not ready or off mood. 

Start doing harder things and challenge yourself to level up every day. Lfg. 🔥🔥

No secret formula on how I achieved this. Just consistency. Showing up when it’s cold. When business feels uncertain. When motivation dips.

kindness goes a long way. this week, i had a call with an early stage builder. ♥️♥️

he spoke about his idea like it mattered. because it did. not just to him, but to the people he was trying to help.

you could feel it.

i remember thinking, this is what building actually looks like in the beginning. messy. uncertain. hopeful.

within a day, i introduced him to 5 or 6 people in my network so he could validate his idea properly. shared some honest feedback from my side too.

not because i had to. because someone once did that for me.

people helping people. that is how ecosystems grow.

at Stories that Stir®Global in sydney this week, i was reminded of this again. six incredible humans stood up and shared stories that were vulnerable, real and deeply human.

every story had something special in it.

and it hit me.

we spend so much time chasing titles, wealth, assets, status.

but one day, we leave all of it here.

you will not carry your bank balance with you.
you will not carry your job title.
you will not carry your property portfolio.

you will leave it all on this planet.

what stays is the impact you had.
the people you lifted.
the hearts you touched.
the rooms you made better.
that’s what i want to do with LiveHaus. 

this is also a testimony to the great work akshat is doing at the hackerhouses built by arrayah in sydney and bringing in awesome builders such as Param from Lifelong - Family Health. 

clap when someone has an idea.
clap when they are still figuring it out.
clap when they need validation, not visibility.

do not wait for the headline to support them.

be the person who shows up early.

because kindness compounds.
and people remember how you made them feel long after the numbers fade.

Not just the colours we throw on each other today but the colours that come from people, conversations, ideas, laughter, and community.

🫶 Holi has always been about people coming together.
🫶 Breaking barriers.
🫶 Letting go of grudges.
🫶 Celebrating new beginnings.

In many ways, that’s exactly the spirit behind what we’re trying to build with LiveHaus.

We’re thinking of launching 1-2 new Hauses in Sydney over the next few months. One of them might replace an existing vertical. One might become permanent.

Not announcing anything yet. 😉

We don’t guess. We build based on signal.

For CS & AM professionals driving retention, expansions, renewals and long-term revenue growth.

A curated night bringing people actively looking for roles in front of the right hiring managers, founders and recruiters. Intentional connections only.
