→ 2022: Designed income tax applications for Saudi Arabia and Dubai.
→ 2018: Scaled and exited Capium, an accountancy SaaS from £100K to £2MM+ ARR with a 50-person tech team.
→ 2016: Launched a 30-person Oracle-based consulting team and scaled it to a multi-million dollar turnover.
→ 2014: Built a global tech team of 150 across the UK and India, delivering solutions in the UK, USA, Germany, and Dubai.
→ 2009: Created a visibility solution that improved delivery performance by 30% for a logistics corporation.
→ 2007: Launched a strategy and performance platform startup in South Africa.
→ 2002: Built & exited property rental listing management software in the UK.
→ 1994: Developed payroll software for a local government in India.
→ 1993: Assembled and sold PCs in my hometown.

Today, I lead Incepteo Group: a global innovation-led technology partner that helps startups and scaleups take ideas to market.
