I work privately with founders when something has started to repeat or quietly erode, even though nothing has visibly broken yet.

By the time people reach out, conversations escalate more easily, conflicts don’t fully resolve, authority thins, or work begins to spill into personal life in ways that are hard to contain. What used to feel manageable starts depending on effort.

This is not coaching for growth, optimisation, or personal development. It’s not therapy.

The work focuses on stabilising these patterns before continuing as-is costs more than it should, professionally, personally, or both.

Engagements are private, time-bounded, and deliberately contained. We reassess once things begin to resolve cleanly again.

If you’re looking for ongoing support, performance work, or stress relief, this is probably not a fit.

✅ Offering a random hallucinationed solution 

Sounds like AI to me…

We all chop and change which tool we use, and with all of the AI firms offering such similar technologies it’s only brand affinity that will set a company apart.

Having the best technology won’t make you a winner in this race, brand will. 

These companies are selling picks and shovels, it’s time for the brand building to begin.

A message to anyone in power: if you abuse that power, you will be held to account.  Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but your time will come.

A message to all of us: we must hold power to account.

History is full of people who stood by and said, “It’s not my problem.”

Let’s not be those people.
