I’m an investment operations and client services professional with 16 years’ experience across buy-side, sell-side, and prime brokerage. My career has taken me from trading desks and reconciliations to client-facing roles at Citi, UBS O’Connor, and Värde Partners, where I built a reputation for problem-solving under pressure, improving processes, and strengthening client relationships.

In 2021, I stepped out of banking to run a career coaching practice. Over two years, I delivered 200+ sessions, helping professionals in finance and fintech navigate redundancy, career transitions, and burnout. That experience sharpened my mentoring skills and deepened my understanding of resilience, people, and leadership.

Now, I’m ready to return to financial services, bringing together operational expertise with a coach’s eye for people and performance. Whether solving trade breaks, improving settlement efficiency, or mentoring colleagues, I thrive at the intersection of detail and human connection.

My role blends:
	•	Client matchmaking – I handle outreach and consults to help people find the right-fit coach based on their personality, schedule, and goals.
	•	Trainer leadership – I onboard, mentor, and manage a small team of motivated trainers who deliver in-person training across Northern Kentucky.
	•	Offer development – I design services that meet busy professionals where they are, whether that’s at home, at the office, or on the go.

I help busy professionals save time and reduce their stress by providing fitness training and lifestyle coaching. This helps them achieve more in the office and in their personal lives. I do this by bringing our services to their location. My team consists of personal trainers and a yoga professional. We have the knowledge, expertise, and equipment that allow us to provide convenient ways of training, whether they have their own equipment or not.
