Reliance Industries is set to partner on a $300 billion oil refinery in Texas, a project announced by Donald Trump.

Trump even called it “the biggest in U.S. history.”

If the U.S. is one of the world’s largest energy producers… why does it need an Indian company to build its biggest refinery?

Some see this as a massive win for India’s global business power.
Others say it shows how dependent global energy projects have become on a few giant corporations.
