I have worked as an HR Generalist. 

I have handled the full life cycle of Recruitment & Selection, Screening & Shortlisting Candidates, Payroll Compliances, Conducting Interviews & Making offers accordingly, Onboarding new Hires, Documentation, Joining & Exit Formalities, Attendance management, background check of new Joiners, Job analysis and job design, taking employee surveys, Performance management, Employee Engagement, Event planning, and other day-to-day HR activities. 

I also want to take on more responsibilities in this field. Always want to enhance more skills. 
I believe that Human Resource Management is one of the most amazing job titles. I love my work and would like to continue with the same.
