What’s a good strategy to learn about strategy?

Most people still learn strategy as if it were a formula.

Follow the steps.
Memorize the models.

at 23, i thought every mistake in my agency
was a personal attack on my “founder skills.”


at 25, i finally see things for what they actually are.

1/ a team member not listening doesn’t mean i’m a bad leader.
it means they either need more 1:1 time. 
or they’re simply not the right fit.


2/ missing an important post isn’t the end of the world.
it can go up tomorrow...
as long as the person who missed it understands why it mattered.


3/ someone quitting isn’t a betrayal.
it means i built a role, not a system. roles get outgrown.
systems don’t fall apart when one person leaves.

4/ a client leaving isn’t a failure.
it’s data telling you who you should never onboard again.

5/ delays in creative quality don’t mean i’ve “lost my touch.”
it means my processes aren’t tight enough…
or my team needs direction…
or i need to get my head back in the game.

6/ a slow month isn’t a crisis.
it’s a chance to fix operations, rebuild culture,
tighten delivery, rethink offerings
all the things i never slowed down enough to do.

7/ emotional breakdowns while running a business
don’t make me incompetent.
they make me human.
what matters always  is how fast i stand back up
and how clearly i move forward.

As a 25-year-old founder who’s been building since 23…

I’ve noticed that the most chill clients get the best results,

whereas the most nitpicky ones find it the hardest to grow. 

Year after year, it’s the same pattern across every industry. 

What do you think the reason could be?

as someone who started building in college at 23,
let me tell you the one thing:

start early.
start before you feel ready.
start even if the idea is tiny, stupid, incomplete.

because the world will hype your degree and your college
but the truth is, NONE of that builds you.

what builds you is messing up a pitch,
losing money on a bad decision,
figuring out operations at 2 am,
and still waking up the next morning to try again.

if you ask me,

i didn’t learn anything life-changing in a classroom.
i learned it on the ground,
in chaos,
and in moments where i genuinely thought i had ruined everything.


so if you’re waiting for a sign or for clarity...
this is it. start. now.

As a 25-year-old founder, the last thing I want right now is stability.


In terms of location, I mean.
(Not mentally or emotionally... that you definitely need lol.)

And so, I’m leaving.

Because living in Bombay has taught me one thing: this is just the start.

It’s a small glimpse of what a bigger city and the right people around you can do.

And when you start thinking like that, you realise there are bigger cities and better ecosystems doing this 10x better and I could be a part of that.

So that’s what I’m going to chase next.

Wish me luck!

We grew 2x in the last month at the agency.

All because we started cutting off clients who were taking more bandwidth than delivering results.

As an agency dependent on numbers and creativity to show how good we are,
taking on founders who are not consistent or not putting effort into creativity is a liability.

Because neither does that help us pay our bills, nor does it help us put our best work out.

If I got $1 for every time a client said
“my life is too boring to post online”
…I would’ve crossed my $50K/month challenge LAST YEAR.

Because have you seen the internet??

And I’m not talking about the bad videos.
I’m talking about the viral ones.

You’ll literally see the most random shots
paired with a really funny rant or story
and it’ll have millions of views.

Meanwhile…
zero people judged
how fun or boring the visuals were.

They were just there
as a pattern interrupt
to keep you watching.

Do you get what I mean?

I left Bombay with no big plan, just the intention to scale FZK even more and life DID NOT disappoint. 

It’s been a week, and I suddenly have four events lined up, new team members to meet, bigger founders coming in, and honestly… 

I’m getting so much more done now that I’m away from the usual noise.

And it’s not that Bombay slows you down.
Bombay is brilliant.

But it just quietly takes over your time. 

Hours disappear without you noticing, and by the end of the day you’re wondering where it all went.

Right now, the distance is giving me space to think and work the way I’ve been wanting to.

Let’s see where this momentum goes next!

as someone who works with 100 crore founders,
i used to think i understood pressure.

i thought the rule was simple:
the bigger you grow, the heavier it gets.

more revenue, more team, more clients…
more stress. obvious, right?

but last year flipped that idea on its head.

because the truth is, growth doesn’t have to choke you.

you can choose to hire right, build systems, plug in people
who carry the weight with you,

so the pressure stays the same, even when the business 10x’s.

that’s why the best founders have a solid personal life
and a solid team at the same time.

one fuels the other.
and without both, the pressure will eventually eat you alive.

It’s NOT embarrassing to me that you’re a new founder, trying really hard to look relatable, and cool on camera and that it’s coming off forced and BAD.

What IS embarrassing to me is:

- using this as an excuse for 6 months..
- posting just 2–3 videos a month
(only when your team forces you to)
- and putting in 0 effort to actually get better.

Because it’s NOT possible to stay bad if you’re putting in the reps.
Take any of my older clients. 
All of them started with zero social presence. 

The command they have today over the skill is insane
not because of talent, 
but because they put in the hours, 
month after month, year after year.

So please, stop giving yourself excuses like 
“oh my god, I’m just bad because I’m new.”

Because won’t have that excuse a few months down the line.

At 25 years of age, almost every founder in India has seen my agency’s work but not all of them have been able to connect it back to us.


And initially, I thought it was a bad thing

when someone said they had to dig, stalk, and ask around to get to our page.

But over time, I’ve realised that’s actually a good thing.

Because by the time they reach us, 
their intent is high.

They already know how we work.

And they don’t waste time before getting started with us…

which, to me, sounds like a win-win.

BUT how do I connect with Gen Z? Especially as a…


“millennial founder” though my content!
 That’s one question I get asked a lot, and let me tell you 3 things:

1. Don’t try to sound or act cool because that lot will smell it from a mile away and call out your bluff.

2. Do all that on your brand page, not your personal brand.

3. And if you do care about them, just know they love people who call a spade a spade…

who’re relaxed and honest and anything but diplomatic, like how founders used to be earlier. 

Even if what you’re talking about is old-school, say whatever you have to with chest and you will attract them.

Try it out, it always works.

– You’ve worked in pressure environments before
– You don’t wait to be chased
– You can show real work, not potential decks
– You’re looking to stay for at least 1–2 years and build something properly
