I remember in grade school I was a loser with no vision or purpose for my life. One day, I met this lady who had pizza outside my middle school. She volunteered her time for an after school program where they created a fun space for kids to be kids. I went to the after school program because, let's be honest, there was pizza.

I finally found a place where I belonged, a place where I could discover who I am. She mentored me. She helped me with my first interview, college applications, and devastating high school break ups. 

She demonstrated intentionality and genuinely wanted what's best for me which is counter cultural. I  had no money to give and nothing to contribute. Yet, she invested in me anyways.

Now I want to give back. I live to equip, encourage, and empower people to reach their potential. I have no expectation of return, only invitation to be better humans.

Responsible for empowering the Signify Health business by delivering stable, performant, and secure applications, infrastructure, and systems. Provided customer, employee, and clinician support. Built and led Enterprise Application Services team responsible for lifecycle management (administration, support, and expense management) of all of productivity tools used at Signify Health, e.g. Netsuite, Salesforce, Google Workplace, Okta, and Slack. Responsible for Cloud Operations team that managed the data centers and public cloud environments (AWS and Azure) including servers, storage, databases, and network. Built and led the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team that focused on observability, incident response, root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and developer enablement. 
•	Improved SRE and incident management capabilities led to a 95.4% decrease in downtime after just 6 months.
•	Established the first IT & Business Operational SLOs; led to highly effective services monitoring and alerting which drove reduced MTBF, MTTA, and MTTR.
•	Eliminated $6M/year in cloud expenses while completing the migration of 5 DCs to AWS and Azure.
•	Saved $1.014M in licensing expenses in 18 months by improving software audits and entitlement management processes
•	Won 44% savings from mobile device connectivity expenses ($580K/year in savings)
•	Completed 4 acquisitions in 3 years. Completed due diligence on dozens of companies that were not acquired.
•	Served as acting CISO for 6 months during which time Signify Health secured HiTrust certification for the HCS line of business

Citi's SDDC (software defined data center) POC and pilot: tooling included vCAC, vCOPs, VSAN, VIPER, NSX, and vSphere.

•	Managed $4MM/year budget for all capital and expense activities 
•	Managed voice communication migration project from AT&amp;T to CBS (17 PRI’s) saving approximately $300,000 annually
•	Migrated 300 agent call center to Cisco-based VOIP technology including rich, voice-based call routing.
•	Provided owner/occupier management for building of new regional facility ($12 MM and 45,000 sq. ft.) in Lafayette, LA: Datacenter design, specification, and installation, fault-tolerant LAN design, pink-noise suppression system specification and installation, managed vendor selection and operation for movement of personnel from 5 offices that were consolidated
•	Designed and managed deployment of region’s first VMWare infrastructure. 25 physical servers and 50 desktops migrated to date. Project target - 60 servers and 1500 desktops planned for virtualization.
•	Managed CPNI compliancy projects for Louisiana system.
•	Managed CPNI, PCI, and SOX compliancy programs for Louisiana system.
