Reflecting on my journey, I see myself as a misfit - a founder who faced countless setbacks and bouts of self-doubt before finally finding my path. This 'misfit' identity, coupled with my deep-rooted passion for helping others, inspired me to establish Misfit Founders. This initiative is an authentic and supportive community designed to empower founders and ease the feelings of 'out-of-place' syndrome common among many entrepreneurs.

* Gestion des contrats intérimaires : premier contact des entreprises de travail temporaire, vérification des contrats avant approbation, ainsi que de la facturation des horaires, pointage de ces dernières. 

* Mise en place et suivi complet des Demandes d'Intention de Commencement de Travaux obligatoires dans le domaine des travaux publics. Création des DICT, envoi a tous les organismes concernés et suivi des demandes jusqu'au démarrage des travaux. Prise de contact avec les numéros d'urgence en cas de dégradation sur le chantier.

* Mise en place et suivi des cautions bancaires de l'entreprise dans le cadre de chantiers à prix élevés. Mise en place des cautions auprès de la banque et suivi de ces dernières jusqu’à l'annulation. 

* Responsable du projet de création du site Internet. Définition du budget et des besoins, rédaction du contenu, définition de la charte graphique et sélection des images utilisées, le tout en étroite collaboration avec le webmaster en charge de la mise en ligne. 

* Identification des appels d'offres et création des dossiers de candidature. Suivi des dossiers en collaboration avec le Dirigeant de l'entreprise.
