As a Senior Analytics Associate at Novartis, I use data to drive business decisions and deliver innovative solutions for complex problems. I have a Bachelor of Technology from Harcourt Butler Technical University, where I gained a strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and machine learning.

In my current role, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and guide strategic decision-making based on data-driven insights. I leverage the latest tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, PySpark and Contour to extract insights from big data sets and support product development, commercial strategy, and clinical research. I am committed to staying ahead of the curve in emerging technologies and best practices in analytics to continuously enhance Novartis' data-driven culture.

I also have experience as a Decision Analytics Associate at ZS, where I worked with client stakeholders across the world, specializing in the Pharma Industry, to understand their needs and translate data into insights that drive business value. I delivered high-quality and impactful analytics solutions through a collaborative approach, focusing on sales force strategy and commercial effectiveness.

Additionally, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise with the broader data community as a content creator. I create engaging and informative content that simplifies complex concepts and makes them accessible to a wider audience, through tutorials, blog posts, and video content. I strive to inspire curiosity, drive learning, and help people advance their careers in the data field.

What if I told you that manifestation and hard work truly pay off?

I started with a small dream. No fancy networks. No shortcuts. Just curiosity and the will to keep going.

💡 Year 1: Spent a year studying Computer Science before realizing it wasn’t for me.
💡 Year 2: Switched paths, cracked BBA exams, and got into Symbiosis International University.
💡 Year 3: Discovered my love for startups, marketing, and research.

Then, the world hit pause- lockdown happened. 

Instead of waiting, I pivoted.

- Landed a Research Internship at the Stockholm School of Economics.
- Published an award-winning paper on Whistleblowing Intentions Amongst Nurses in India.
- Co-founded an ed-tech venture with team members from 4 countries, connecting students with professors from top universities.
- Secured a full-time job in advertising- before even graduating.

Then came MIT Innovation Bootcamp- a game-changer.
One of the few from India to get selected.

- Worked on a personalized energy certification marketplace for the EU, helping SMEs verify if ‘green’ is really green.
- Learned to think without limits.

Then one night out of the blue, I asked myself: If others can speak so well, why can't I?

- Launched Discussions Delivered Podcast- an initiative to improve my communication skills and a space to share global stories.
- Hosted 30+ personalities from 9+ countries- Forbes 30U30 honourees, Principal Economist- Government of New Zealand, TEDx speakers, military veterans, top creators like Akshat Srivastava, Avanti Nagral, Shreya Pattar.
- Delivered 59,000+ impressions.

And now? The journey is only getting bigger.

Our work spans growth marketing, brand storytelling and content strategy- enabling businesses to craft compelling narratives that drive real impact.
