I’ve always believed that sales is more than numbers — it’s about building trust, solving problems, and creating opportunities that change lives. 

For over a decade at CHG Healthcare’s CompHealth division, I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 240 surgeons find the right fit for their careers while supporting hospitals in critical need. 

Along the way, I’ve been honored with Presidents Club recognition 10 times, generating $40M+ in gross profit, and earning the CHG Difference Maker Award for community impact.

My path here hasn’t been a straight line. Before healthcare, I built an e-commerce company from scratch, learning SEO, digital marketing, and customer experience long before they became buzzwords. 

Later, I launched a consulting business that guided 200+ leadership and business coaches in scaling their online presence — even collaborating with elite programs like Amy Porterfield’s (Best Selling Author of 2 Weeks Notice) Momentum Mastermind. 

Those experiences taught me how to blend sales strategy with digital innovation, and how to help others grow.

Today, I combine that background with a deep passion for coaching and mentorship. Whether it’s helping a physician navigate the locums market, guiding a new sales rep to confidence, or speaking on stages about value propositions and LinkedIn strategy, I thrive on empowering people to succeed.

Outside of work, I’m a lifelong learner and investor — managing rental properties, writing on Medium (where my articles reach 300+ readers daily), and hosting podcasts that connect communities. At the core of it all is one simple belief: when you put people first, results follow.

• Development efforts and business-side oversight grew revenue 211% in years 2017-2018, while improving gross margins and increasing EBITDA by 262%. In 2019, revenue grew by another 36%.

• Within first 2.5 years with company, oversaw tripling of staff size; obtained financing for expansion to an additional, larger location outside of New York City.

•	Guided efforts to develop website, ensuring mobile-friendliness, providing users easier access to information, maximizing SEO, and leading to increased sales conversions.

•	Developed, implemented, and recruited participants for company's first commission-based External Sales Representative program, generating tens of thousands of dollars in additional revenue. 

•	Raised company profile and community recognition via high-level external engagements, such as federal lobbying, and grass-roots efforts, including Chamber of Commerce networking events.

•	Developed customized, profitable pricing strategies for large orders, resulting in significant new business.

•	Developed and implemented multi-pronged Revenue Stabilization & Growth Plan mapping out business development and sales strategies while building a solid base of repeat clients.

Urban Resource Institute

Senior operations executive, head attorney, and Chief Compliance Officer for human services nonprofit with 13 sites, a $32 million annual budget, and 275+ staff. Responsibilities included operations (facilities, IT, and fleet); legal affairs (including corporate governance, contracts, insurance, real estate, litigation, and employment); and participation in ongoing strategic planning as a member of the Executive Team.

OPERATIONS:

• Supported company’s growth into NY’s largest domestic violence shelter provider and into homeless services via planning and executive management of all associated facilities, safety, IT, and fleet acquisition work for 5 new shelters within 9 months. 

• Boosted client and staff morale, and facility alignment with corporate branding, by overseeing complete overhaul of interior design standards.

• Supported program innovation and new funding opportunities by providing executive supervision over a wide array of company-wide building improvements, including state-of-the-art computer labs, multimedia rooms, and dog parks.

• Oversaw upgrade to IT infrastructure, including faster network capabilities, cloud-based data storage systems, and new CCTV systems.

•  Supervised the evaluation and realignment of IT vendors in light of new organizational needs, saving $175K+ per year.

LEGAL AFFAIRS:

• As company's first General Counsel, minimized regulatory risks by overseeing and implementing compliance with the new NYS Not-for-Profit Revitalization Law.

•  Developed and drafted standard contractual terms and conditions; in the next 4 years, there were 0 commercial disputes. 

• Updated  procurement policy and related processes to strengthen controls, improve the clarity of requirements, and increase transparency. 

• Oversaw all legal work -- including negotiation and drafting of real estate term sheets, financial instruments, and leases -- relating to company’s largest expansion in over a decade (30% staff increase and $12M in new revenue).

New York City Office of Administrative Trials & Hearings (OATH)

EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT:  As agency second-in-command, provided executive oversight to all areas of organization with approximately 450 employees and approximately $100M annual revenue. Ensured the seamless transition of over 100 employees into the organization by negotiating operational terms and a $6M budget transfer with 2 other organizations.

MULTI-SITE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT (2009-2010):	Managed tribunal operations in 6 branches responsible for hearing over 200,000 cases per year.  Supervised 110 direct and indirect reports.  Developed and executed revitalization plans that re-engineered daily operations, created effective workflow tracking systems, and built managerial skills.  Increased revenue collection and improved organization's credibility by eliminating a backlog of 3,000 cases that were unresolved after 60 days. 

STAFF / LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT:  Co-designed leadership training workshop; led training module on performance metrics and data analysis.

OPERATIONAL INNOVATION:	

•  Reduced wait times, accelerated revenues, and actualized the Mayor’s new-technology innovations mandate by co-developing and implementing a new program enabling online court intake.  

• Boosted staff performance by creating the court’s first data-driven quality assurance program. 

• Reduced staff workload and customer wait-times by facilitating the launch of a program enabling resolution of major case types without a hearing, generating $100,000 of additional revenue in its first 4 months, at no additional cost to City taxpayers. 

COMMUNITY & MEDIA RELATIONS:  Represented the organization before government officials, community groups, and business associations.  Coordinated operations with other City entities. Supervised responses to media inquiries.  Comments regarding modernization of organization's case management systems appeared in the "New York Post."

BUDGET OVERSIGHT:  Supervised Fiscal Unit staff and provided executive management of organization's $26M expense budget.

First Deputy Chief Executive (2010 - 2011); Director of Tribunal Affairs (2009 - 2010)

NYC Department for the Aging

EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT:	Led a division of over 50 social service, dietitian, legal, and administrative professionals responsible for programmatic oversight of over 300 City-funded Senior Centers and home-delivered meal providers.  Provided executive supervision to units responsible for groundbreaking health, nutrition, and Medicare/Medicaid counseling programs.  Represented the government in high-profile contract negotiations with City-funded nonprofits.  Managed registered architects in the Facilities Unit.

COMMUNITY RELATIONS:	Represented the organization before public officials, civic organizations, community groups, and direct service providers (staff and boards of directors).  

EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENT:  

•  Oversaw implementation of a top-to-bottom revamp of the City’s home delivered meal provider operations.  

•  Reduced the taxpayer’s costs and increased programmatic efficiencies by streamlining the number of providers from over 90 to under 20 and contained per-meal costs to $7 per meal citywide without a decrease in service to the meal recipients.

NYC Department of Social Services (formerly NYC Dept. of Homeless Services)

EXECUTIVE & OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:	Managed a staff of over 30 professionals in 4 offices.  

STAFF / LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: Created and led leadership / management training workshops.

POLICY DEVELOPMENT:	Counseled all levels of staff, including Commissioner and Executive Staff. Participated in Senior and Executive Staff-level strategic planning and policy discussions.

EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENT / TEAM LEADERSHIP:  

• Co-managed and provided counsel regarding the implementation of major institutional reform, reducing re-applicants’ homeless shelter eligibility investigation times from 10 days to as little as 24 hours or less.

• Enhanced social services delivery and staff efficiency by developing, overseeing the implementation of, and monitoring tracking databases measuring staff activities in homeless shelter eligibility cases.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT / OPERATIONS:	Represented the Department’s interests on 4 administrative boards with significant regulatory oversight responsibilities, including the Loft Board and the Environmental Control Board.  As Chair of and Counsel for the electrical and plumbing industries' licensing boards, managed operations including 20-40 electrician license eligibility hearings per month. 

COMMUNITY RELATIONS:   Ensured government responsiveness to business and neighborhood groups’ quality of life concerns by representing the agency on various community task forces.

LEGAL COUNSEL / POLICY DEVELOPMENT:	  Provided a broad range of legal advice to all levels of Department staff and management on a variety of major and minor policy initiatives. 

LEGISLATIVE / REGULATORY AFFAIRS:  Managed and promoted the Department’s legislative and regulatory agendas.  Developed dozens of legislative/regulatory proposals; drafted or supervised the drafting of bills and/or rules; advocated for legislative proposals to regulated industries, interest groups, politicians and staff; drafted testimony for and attended legislative hearings; led rule hearings.

CONTRACT NEGOTIATION:  Reduced taxpayer costs and supported improved use of technology by negotiating contracts for innovative new IT tools.
