I’ve always believed that sales is more than numbers — it’s about building trust, solving problems, and creating opportunities that change lives. 

For over a decade at CHG Healthcare’s CompHealth division, I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 240 surgeons find the right fit for their careers while supporting hospitals in critical need. 

Along the way, I’ve been honored with Presidents Club recognition 10 times, generating $40M+ in gross profit, and earning the CHG Difference Maker Award for community impact.

My path here hasn’t been a straight line. Before healthcare, I built an e-commerce company from scratch, learning SEO, digital marketing, and customer experience long before they became buzzwords. 

Later, I launched a consulting business that guided 200+ leadership and business coaches in scaling their online presence — even collaborating with elite programs like Amy Porterfield’s (Best Selling Author of 2 Weeks Notice) Momentum Mastermind. 

Those experiences taught me how to blend sales strategy with digital innovation, and how to help others grow.

Today, I combine that background with a deep passion for coaching and mentorship. Whether it’s helping a physician navigate the locums market, guiding a new sales rep to confidence, or speaking on stages about value propositions and LinkedIn strategy, I thrive on empowering people to succeed.

•	Provided training on behavior analytic principles to a multidisciplinary team of over 50 health care professionals, in pursuit of improving the independence and quality of life for 24 students diagnosed with severe autism spectrum disorder 

•	Conducted seasonal, behavioral and preference assessments, analyzed data, and identified key trends that contributed to a reduction of counterproductive behaviors in students of up to 90%
 
•	Functioned as a liaison between the home and school teams, facilitating timely and consistent communication of treatment decisions to enhance each student's quality of care
