I’ve always believed that sales is more than numbers — it’s about building trust, solving problems, and creating opportunities that change lives. 

For over a decade at CHG Healthcare’s CompHealth division, I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 240 surgeons find the right fit for their careers while supporting hospitals in critical need. 

Along the way, I’ve been honored with Presidents Club recognition 10 times, generating $40M+ in gross profit, and earning the CHG Difference Maker Award for community impact.

My path here hasn’t been a straight line. Before healthcare, I built an e-commerce company from scratch, learning SEO, digital marketing, and customer experience long before they became buzzwords. 

Later, I launched a consulting business that guided 200+ leadership and business coaches in scaling their online presence — even collaborating with elite programs like Amy Porterfield’s (Best Selling Author of 2 Weeks Notice) Momentum Mastermind. 

Those experiences taught me how to blend sales strategy with digital innovation, and how to help others grow.

Today, I combine that background with a deep passion for coaching and mentorship. Whether it’s helping a physician navigate the locums market, guiding a new sales rep to confidence, or speaking on stages about value propositions and LinkedIn strategy, I thrive on empowering people to succeed.

Outside of work, I’m a lifelong learner and investor — managing rental properties, writing on Medium (where my articles reach 300+ readers daily), and hosting podcasts that connect communities. At the core of it all is one simple belief: when you put people first, results follow.
