I work at the intersection of psychology and organizational development - bringing therapy-informed frameworks (DBT, EQ, neuroscience) into Fortune 1000 leadership teams. Most consultants teach theory. I teach skills leaders can practice Monday morning.

When I was 13, my dad died in a plane crash. In one morning, I lost my dad, my brother to severe traumatic brain injury, and my mom to her new full-time role as caregiver.
