The good news is fixing it doesn't take months of research or endless "what if we try..." cycles. It usually just needs someone who's seen this pattern before and knows what moves the needle.

People try it and immediately just 'get it'. No hand-holding or confusion.

Trials turn into paid customers because users reach value fast. Customers stick around because your product is genuinely intuitive. And all those features you've built actually get used.

1. Create a lead magnet, like a webinar
2. On the thank you page, survey them
3. If they pass qualification, say they qualify for a free consultation call
4. Drive traffic to the lead magnet with ads, organic etc
5. 200 sign-ups > 100 pass qualification > 10% conversion = 10x sales calls

The easiest way to get leads from LinkedIn

1. Fire up a LinkedIn poll
2. Ask people what their goals/challenges are, all related to your services 
3. Check the voters' LinkedIn profiles. Qualify them.
4. DM the ones who pass qualification:

"Thanks for voting on my poll! I see you're struggling with [problem]. We helped [company] solve that with [your service]. They got [result]. Fancy jumping on a call tomorrow morning, where I can explain more?"
