As part of Arvato Financial Solutions, I led the global digital learning and leadership development strategy, managing initiatives across nine countries for 7,000+ employees and influencing programmes used by over 100,000 users worldwide.

Key achievements and responsibilities:

Leadership Development – Conceived, designed, and delivered a five-module Leadership Development Programme, QQI Level 6 certified through Dublin Institute of Technology. Delivered in seven countries with over 100 people managers graduating; coordinated double-marking with DIT staff and hosted formal graduation ceremonies.

Global Learning Platform Implementation – Sourced, implemented, and managed a new online learning platform; the initial roll-out became a global use case across the Bertelsmann group for 100,000+ users. Provided best practice guidance to other Bertelsmann businesses and spoke at the Bertelsmann HR Conference to 100+ senior HR professionals.

Learning Management System Deployment – Managed the rollout of a new LMS across nine countries, overseeing user data migration for 7,000+ employees, maintaining user/admin access, and ensuring smooth adoption.

Digital Content Creation & Automation – Developed and launched internally built online courses; drove the shift to digital learning using Captivate, Articulate, and Enable Now. Automated annual refresher training to increase efficiency and compliance.

over 200 people in Dublin and. These workshops are now also delivered to audiences of over 150 people on some of our other sites, such as; Manila & Krakow. Workshops included: People Styles, Conflict Resolution, Time Management, Assertiveness and Negotiation Skills.
o Created a One to One workshop to ensure consistent Managerial approach across all lines of business.
o Designed and delivered a custom-made Feedback and Coaching workshop for 18 Quality Analysts and 12 Team Leads.

Organisational Development Trainer

Deliver multi-product training to multi-lingual technical support agents, Team Leads, Managers, Trainers and Quality Analysts for email and telephone support. 
o Perform weekly QA on 15 multi-lingual agents across 6 product lines. 
o Designed, delivered and evaluated three custom-made workshops for low performing agents. Upon completion of these workshops, QA scores rose by 24%, on average over the following 6 week period. 
o Provided SME and some Team Lead duties to assist teams in project ramp-up. 
o Designed new training material and assessments for our largest line of business. 
o Built strong business relationships with key stakeholders from arvato and our client. 
o Designed and delivered a custom-made Feedback and Coaching workshop for 18 Quality Analysts and 12 Team Leads to ensure consistent approach to feedback across all lines of business. 
o Managed reporting for Training and Quality.

Technical Training Specialist

TalkTalk

o	Delivered high performing sales classes in Northampton. Developed over 80 “mock call” scenarios for use in classroom. Classes scored an average conversion rate of 66% in week 1 post-training. This is above the target of 55%.
o	Created an ongoing TNA to improve sales across two brands. This comprised of 3 parts; Remote Listening, Side-by-Side Listening and Monthly Knowledge checks. This resulted in an increase of 6% in retention rates and also a reduction of £5 on average “cost-to-save”.
o	Delivered a new Sales Workshop to over 100 agents across Ireland and the UK. This resulted in an increase of 4% in retention rates.
o	Co-ordinated and delivered a new sales tool roll-out. Program was delivered to over 130 agents in Waterford and resulted in an increase of 2% in conversion rates and a decrease of £3 on average cost-to-save.
o	Liaised with sales team managers across both AOL and TalkTalk brands in their weekly meetings to ensure they were up-skilled on any new topics, prior to this being rolled-out to their agents.
o	Provided weekly feedback to team managers and contact centre managers regarding any call listening or observations I had performed.
o	Delivered sales multi-brand training to agents in Preston. Agents performed above expectations and were constantly in the top 3 performing teams post training.
o	Remotely delivered sales and customer service multi-brand training to trainers in Durban, Manila and Kolkata.
o	Evaluated training using the Kirkpatrick methodology.
o	Constantly received excellent feedback from trainees in evaluations.
o	Delivered training to other departments such as; customer service, technical support and customer relations, as required.

Training Delivery Officer

o	Delivered multi brand training to over 200 agents in a three week period to facilitate the roll-out of “soft-phone” in the customer service department.
o	Designed, delivered and analysed a total redesign of the customer service training program.
o	Undertook a 6 month rotation to a Canadian office to help assist the development of the site.
o	Relocated to Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada from March 2007 to September 2009.
o	Developed, designed and delivered a new training program to move a function from Wellesley, MA to Waterford. This resulted in the company adding a new team in Waterford and also extending the number of processing hours in a day by 6 hours. This ensured a globally productive team.
o	Worked remotely with colleagues in Ireland, Canada and America. 
o	Delivered high performing customer service classes in Lethbridge, Alberta. Classes scored an average of 9% above the expected target post-training.
o	Delivered high performing operations classes in Lethbridge, Alberta and Waterford. Classes scored an average of 5% above the expected target post-training.
