As a freelancer, I've had the privilege of teaching Unreal and Maya at Xenter, where I shared my expertise with students eager to break into the VFX industry. This role allowed me to refine my teaching skills and deepen my knowledge in these powerful tools. Concurrently, I contributed to Swiss as a Houdini Layout Artist, where I applied my procedural generation skills to enhance visual storytelling in projects. These experiences have been instrumental in shaping my versatile skill set in the dynamic world of VFX.

Freelance 3D Artist

During my tenure at Viaplay, I worked in Unreal Engine 4, DaVinci Fusion, and Maya. Within Unreal Engine 4, I contributed to various aspects of production, including rendering optimization and utilized the Sequencer for seamless storytelling. Additionally, I handled lighting tasks, ensuring scenes were visually appealing while working within the established artistic direction.

Working closely with the director, I ensured that our compositing work in DaVinci Fusion maintained a consistent style and feel throughout the series. This collaborative approach allowed us to achieve a cohesive visual narrative that resonated with our audience.

In Maya, I did character cloth simulation, prop rigging, and the creation of simple creature rigs.

I had an amazing time working on this beautiful show, and the team was stellar.

Since graduating in VFX in December 2022, I've focused on Houdini, Maya, and Unreal Engine, blending teaching with project work. Recently, I've started incorporating environment art into my repertoire. My main contributions have been in Houdini. I'm committed to continuous learning and currently seek opportunities to apply my expanding skill set in VFX and environment art. I aim to connect with the VFX and game development communities for potential collaborations.
