Hi 👋

I’m Johannes, Marketing Operations Manager at SparkForce. 
Marketing has a lot of moving parts — automation, data, campaigns, and all the bits and pieces in between. While I tackle most of it as it comes, I primarily work in HubSpot, making sure everything runs smoothly, so teams can focus on what they do best.

I’ve spent years figuring out how to keep projects on track. Whether it’s optimizing workflows, building online communities, or running a Magic: The Gathering tournament (yes, if you are from Copenhagen, that might be why I look familiar to you😉). 

With a background in History, amateur theatre and community management, I know that being present is key — both online and in the systems we build. And since I’m notoriously online, I make sure things not only work but make sense.

To put it simply, I bring clarity to chaos and get things done — let’s connect! 

I’m also, happy to discuss why Brendan Fraser’s The Mummy is still an all-time classic (I’m a historian so you can’t fight me on that!).

So what have I been up to lately? 

Basically revisiting everything ABM!

ZenABM held a bootcamp last month (you can find all the talks on youtube, ill put a link in the comments!)

There is a plethora of great talks, even Casper shares his wisdom, so I would definitely check it out 😎

My main take-away is;

While a lot stays true to the fundamentals when it comes to ABM, there has been a lot of development in recent time, especially when it comes to automated outreach based on signals - wether those signals are first party or 3rd party. 

With the shift in methods also comes a minor shift in mindset.

Each sale does not have to be as big as it used to, since the price was always the main limited factor.

In some cases you can even run your regular marketing as a quazi ABM approach! 

It still works as a great tool for sales and marketing alignment 🫣
