Helped brands like momkind, VELUX, HOFOR, Region Sjælland, Airtame, SparkForce, and Templafy find their voice and use it well.

What I do now:
Guide companies in building strategic content ecosystems: platform decisions, tone of voice frameworks, focused editorial systems, and thought leadership that sticks. I also write Content Crush – a newsletter where content gets lovingly dissected.

And yet, too many workplaces still treat culture, inclusion and well-being as “nice-to-haves” – side quests rather than strategic levers.

I’ve spent 20+ years in HR and Communications – across industries, functions and countries – working to change that. Today, I lead HR & Comms at DHL Global Forwarding Denmark, where I design and drive strategies that connect people sustainability with performance, and translate neuroinclusive leadership into everyday structures.

My approach is grounded in both experience and evidence:
✔ Building engagement through psychological safety and purpose
✔ Turning diversity statements into inclusive systems and habits
✔ Supporting leaders through stress, transitions and self-awareness
✔ Using data, dialogue and DEIB metrics to build trust and accountability

I'm also a certified coach and advisory board member, with a special focus on neurodiversity, stress and leadership development. I contribute to initiatives like the Hidden Disabilities Programme – and I regularly speak and write about culture change, mental health and human-first leadership.

But this work is also personal.

I'm openly autistic and in long-term recovery from alcohol dependency. These experiences inform everything I do – not as a “story,” but as a source of insight into what safe, inclusive and empowering workplaces really require. And what happens when we dare to lead from within.
