In a parallel universe I'm an emcee for Punjabi* concerts and weddings. In this one, I bring the same energy into the art and science of marketing to build customer-centric products and brands. Have done it from all sides of the table—in house, agency, and consulting—and currently as Director, Loyalty Marketing at America's best grocery chain (biased opinion).
