My journey wasn’t linear.
I was once a college dropout, then a struggling employee pawning jewellery to survive. That experience shaped how I think about freedom — not as escape, but as clarity, choice, and inner stability.

Over the last decade, I’ve worked with 48,263+ experts, coaches, and professionals. Collectively, they’ve generated ₹1000+ crore in revenue, including 500+ Crorepatis and 30+ who crossed ₹10 crore.

But outcomes were never the destination.

Freedom was.

It was Jan 11 2026... I was starting the year with our first event.. with 350 ILH members... 

more than 90% of them had never attended a LIVE event before in their life.. it was their first experience.. 

The goal of this event was to award all the members who crossed their first milestone (freedom finisher) and inspire them to proceed towards the next income milestone (hall of fame)

It was magical. It was fulfilling. It shifted the trajectory for many of them who were procrastinating or struggling...

Lessons that I learned through this...

1 - Everyone has the desire to do something better in their life, but what keeps them stuck is the right environment... 

2 - Reinvention is the name of the game. If you are not learning, unlearning and relearning... you are already losing the game.  

3 - Fear, anxiety and self-doubt are normal. It's a part of the journey. It's the stories of people who have achieved that inspire others to break through their barriers...

It's simple when you keep it simple. 

One of the reasons I have been doing many LIVE events is to accelerate this process for experts who still have those self-doubts if they can really do it...

A mentor’s proudest moment is not revenue; It’s transformation. 🌟

This Women’s Day, I want to share the journey of my student, Rashi Chauhan.

Rashi grew up like many women in our society do…  taught to adjust, stay quiet, and fit into expectations.

Over time, that silence started taking a toll. Confidence faded. 
Self-love disappeared. 
And slowly, the emotional weight began affecting not just her, but the environment around her home and children.

Then one day, she made a decision that changed everything.

Instead of waiting for life to improve… she chose to rebuild herself.

She began focusing on the fundamentals most people ignore:

Her health.  
Her mindset.  
Her confidence.

Step by step, she invested in learning, surrounded herself with the right community, and slowly rediscovered her voice.

And then she chose a niche many people doubt.

Women’s fitness and wellness.

But what Rashi created was far bigger than a business.

Women with PCOD began finding hope again.  
Mothers rediscovered energy and self-worth.  
Clients who believed their bodies had “given up” started believing in themselves again.

In many ways, she wasn’t just transforming bodies.

She was rebuilding homes.

Because when a woman regains her confidence, strength, and purpose, the ripple effect is powerful.

Children grow up seeing resilience.

Communities gain role models.

As a mentor, moments like these remind me why this journey matters.

Because true success is not just measured in numbers.

It is measured in lives transformed.

In March 2020, the world paused.

Institutes shut down.  
Cities went silent.  
Plans collapsed overnight.

For one coach, it was more than a lockdown. It was a moment of truth.

He had just gotten married.  
They were living in a rented house.  
His wife had left her nursing job because they believed in a shared future.

And one evening, he opened his wallet.

Inside, there was just one note.

₹2,000.

That was it.

For someone who spent his life motivating others, this was the moment when even he felt completely lost. The noise of uncertainty was loud. The responsibility was heavier than ever. And the question sitting in the room was simple but terrifying:

“What will we do now?”

But sometimes, the turning point of a life begins with remembering a single sentence.

His father had always told him something growing up:  
“Be the hero of your own story.”

That sentence refused to leave his mind.

So he did something symbolic. He took that ₹2,000 note and stuck it on the wall in front of him. Not as a reminder of scarcity… but as a reminder that this would not be the end of his story.

He chose to learn.  
He chose to surround himself with a community that believed in growth.  
He chose to invest in himself when it felt uncomfortable.

Later, he made another decision that many would call risky.

He invested ₹10 lakhs into his growth.

At that moment, ₹10 lakhs felt like ₹10 crores.

But belief has a strange way of multiplying courage.

Soon after, he launched his Diamond program priced at ₹1 lakh.

It felt bold.  
It felt uncertain.  
But he trusted the process.

On the day of launch, 92 students joined.

One day.

Fast forward to today.

His coaching ecosystem has generated ₹10+ crores in revenue, helped build 15+ one-crore champions inside his own community, and created an impact crossing ₹50 crores.

But if you ask him what his biggest achievement is, he will not talk about the numbers.

He will tell you something far simpler.

His biggest win was becoming the man his wife and father are proud of.

Because success is not only measured by revenue.

It is measured by the person you become along the journey.

The real lesson here is powerful:

Your story can change in a single moment.  
But only when you decide to take ownership of the next chapter.

Sometimes all it takes is one decision.  
One act of belief.  
One moment where you stop waiting for circumstances to change and choose to rise anyway.

And before you move on, ask yourself one honest question:

Are you the hero of your story… or are you still waiting for one?

Some professionals treat problems; a few choose to transform people. 🙌

Let me share a story of one of my students with you:

I asked this question at the Gifts World Expo in Mumbai last week.

The room went silent. Then — applause in unison.

I was moderating a panel called "Employee Gifting Decoded" with four incredible speakers:

In the US, every experience ends in a merch store.
In India, it ends in a selfie.

I was in the US last month and this observation hit me hard.

Let me explain.

I landed in Las Vegas.

Walked into a casino. Merch store.
Walked into a hotel lobby. Their own exclusive merch store.
Walked down the strip. Coca-Cola store. M&M store.
Walked into a mall. A standalone Guinness store. Yes, the beer brand. Just merch.

Every bar I visited? Selling their own t-shirts, caps, mugs.
Sports teams? Massive stores. Fans lining up to buy jerseys.

In the Bay area, every tech company has their own merch store.

Then I flew to Seattle.
Did the Boeing factory tour.
Where does it end? You guessed it. A merch store.

And it's not just Boeing.

Every tour I did — a castle, a vineyard, a musical, even a bakery — ended the same way.

In a merch store. 🛍️

Here's what I realized:

America isn't just selling merch.
They're selling belonging.

That Coca-Cola t-shirt? It's more than just fabric; it's a piece of identity.
That Vegas keychain? Not just metal, but a memory you can hold onto.
That sports jersey? It's not just clothing, it's membership in a tribe.

They've figured out how to turn emotion into something tangible.
Something people are willing to pay for.

Now think about India.

We have incredible brands. Rich culture. Passionate fans.
But how many experiences end in a merch store?

Hardly any.

We click a selfie. Post it. Move on.

The emotion often stays digital. It rarely becomes physical.

And that's a massive opportunity sitting untapped.

Imagine if every IPL team had flagship merch stores.
What if Amul, Chai Point, or even your favourite local café sold merch?
And picture this: every heritage site, every museum, every tour in India ending in a well-designed merch store.
