Assistant Marketing Manager - Services Marketing and Sales Enablement - Lex and Wingspan

Worked as an assistant manager in the digital marketing team at Infosys. I have managed end-to-end digital operations for key business units such as engineering services, enterprise application services, manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, logistics, financial services, data analytics, high-tech services, and insurance. 

My role involved managing key aspects such as online presence, social media marketing, social listening, digital campaigns, analytics support, event marketing campaigns, SEO compliance, search engine marketing, blog promotion, email marketing (drip campaigns), etc. I liaised with unit heads, marketing heads, in-house copy and production teams, and agencies to ensure streamlined digital operations for all business units. 

I also developed and managed the social media content/messaging for the business units that I managed. 

I have also managed successful digital promotions for big events such as Sibos 2016, Money20/20 2016, HCM World 2017 and NRF 2017.

Key Highlights
- Successfully led the digital marketing efforts for Infosys at SAP's premier event SapphireNow 2016, leading to #2 in terms of share of voice (SoV), without running any paid campaign. 

- Successfully led the digital marketing efforts for Infosys at Oracle's premier event Oracle OpenWorld 2017 as well as NRF 2018, leading to #2 in terms of share of voice (SoV).

Worked as an assistant manager in Wipro’s Strategic Marketing Team. My role involved working toward effective creation of high-quality collaterals, such as, whitepapers, case studies, point of view articles, flyers, solution brochures, web content, microsite content, event-related content, etc. I interacted and collaborated with SMEs across business units and writing agencies to ensure creation of high-quality marketing and thought leadership collaterals.

Assistant Manager - Strategic Marketing

As a digital content manager at IBM, I worked on the creation of digital content as well as managed a few digital content projects. In addition, I liaised with the SEO team to ensure that digital content was optimized for search engines and was ready for search engine and social media marketing. I also worked with website developers to understand and co-create messaging for global content and design standards at IBM.

Key highlights:
- Was part of a critical project aimed at setting up a unique web and mobile experience targeted at chief marketing officers.

- Managed a crucial EDM project for the ASEAN region from beginning to end, conceptualizing the mailers, creating copy for the same, getting design and UI/UX resources to work on it and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality EDMs.

- Worked on creating a handbook, targeted at top government officials in India, for systematic city development. My scope of work included supervising the copy, liaising with the design team and interacting with the client.

Developed marketing content for various types of sales collateral used by the global technology services (GTS) sales team at IBM, worldwide.

I have developed expertise and experience creating data sheets, client presentations and web content.

My work involved constant interaction with project managers, subject matter experts and copyeditors. Worked on multiple projects, which helped me sharpen my project and people management skills.

Worked as a web content writer. My key responsibilities included generating content for new web pages of the various company-owned websites; refining existing content on the websites and interacting with the company's sales team and partners to get a better understanding of what potential customers would like to read on the websites. 

As part of planning and managing content, I managed a team of consultant content writers. I have also worked on various aspects of social media marketing and search engine optimization. I have created content for PPC campaigns, meta tags and banner ads too.

Worked as an Information Associate in the Competitor Intelligence and Content Services (CI & CS) Team at Unilever. The team tracks competitor performance. As part of the CI team, I used to develop customized newsletters containing competitor information, which were circulated to the top managers of the company worldwide. 

I also used to manage a certain section of the company’s intranet portal and prepare the team’s scorecard (performance metrics). 

Besides, I also worked on the launch of the “FTR campaign” (First Time Right – a productivity enhancement awareness campaign) for the company. 

Apart from developing content, I also worked with the company’s ‘Quality Audit’ team for a span of 2 months. The quality audit team conducts internal audits across verticals in the company.
