"As a seasoned professional with 41 years of experience in various capacities at the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), Ministry of MSME (Govt of India), I have a passion for empowering entrepreneurs to turn their vision into reality. As a retired State Director of KVIC in Dehradun, Uttrakhand, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in supporting aspiring entrepreneurs through the Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP).

My areas of expertise include marketing Khadi and village industries products, implementing government programs, raising awareness of KVIC's initiatives, and organizing national/state level exhibitions. I am skilled in training and motivating individuals to start their own ventures utilizing government schemes, and have a proven track record of success in implementing PMEGP, Bio Gas Scheme, and marketing through participation in national level exhibitions and award functions.

I possess strong organizational and collaboration skills, with a focus on open communication and a drive to go above and beyond to ensure project success. I am well-versed in government policies and programs and have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by entrepreneurs and small business owners.

In my personal time, I maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development through reading, attending webinars and seminars, and being an active member of various clubs and organizations.
