Ramadan begins today for Billions of Muslims around the world❤️

But why do Muslims fast during Ramadan? 
What's so special about this month? 

Ramadan is the 9th month of Islamic Lunar calendar and considered as the holiest month of all. 

In this month, Muslims across the world fast from the dawn till dusk as commanded by our Lord. 

But it’s just “Not eating or drinking” 
Yeah, not even water 🙂‍↔️

It's a sign of showing obligation towards our creator.

Fasting helps:-

✨to remind you of your human frailty and your dependence on God for sustenance
 
✨to show you what it feels like to be hungry and thirsty so you feel compassion for (and a duty to help) the poor and needy.
 
✨to reduce the distractions in life so you can more clearly focus on your relationship with God.

Fasting apart from its religious and spiritual benefits have uncountable physical, mental and psychological benefits for humans. 

These benefits are such great that it can truly change the way of your living.
