For a dual-income professional couple starting in their mid-20s, building ₹10Cr by 40–45 isn’t unrealistic.

These 5 financial milestones are not optional. They are the need of the hour.
Everyone has different dreams, lifestyles, and goals.

But there’s a basic financial foundation that everyone needs at least as a minimum to live freely and peacefully.

I’m not saying you should stress yourself trying to achieve these overnight.
But if you start early and stay consistent, you can realistically reach these milestones before 30.

And once you do, life changes.

Not just financially but mentally.

Because the truth is, today 90% of problems can be solved with money and the right wisdom about spending and investing it.

When you combine these two elements, you create stability.
And stability creates freedom.

If I had to define 5 core financial milestones, they would be:
• ₹30 lakh minimum net worth
• 6 months of emergency fund
• Zero consumer debt (no credit card or personal loan outstanding)
• Health insurance with at least ₹20 lakh cover
• Term insurance with at least ₹2.5 crore cover

This isn’t about showing off wealth.
It’s about building a safety net strong enough that life’s surprises don’t break you.

Once your base is secure, growth becomes easier and stress becomes lighter.

Is it a good idea to take a loan for a wedding just because it’s a once-in-a-lifetime event?

Someone reached out to me during a 1:1 session. He’s getting married in the next 8 months.

He said,
 “Siddhant, I have ₹6 lakh in savings, and my total wedding expense is ₹10 lakh. Should I take a loan?”

Instead of directly saying yes or no, I asked him something important:
What other possible sources do you have?

Let’s keep debt as the last option or avoid it completely if possible.

I suggested a few alternatives:

Can you arrange interest-free money from relatives, close friends, or cousins?
Are you expecting any bonus or additional income in the coming months?

Do you have anything at home that’s unused and can be sold? 

Maybe an old bike, scooter, car, or anything else that can generate some extra cash?


And so on.

My suggestion was simple:

 Avoid a loan as much as possible, so you don’t start your married life worrying about EMIs and debt pressure.

After one month, he came back with a big smile.

He said he managed to arrange the extra money through relatives, selling unused items, and an upcoming bonus.

Sometimes, solutions exist.

But because of so much noise around us, we fail to identify them.

Company delayed salary by 20 days.

What would you do?
Recently, I was speaking to a friend. His salary was delayed by more than 20 days.

But his EMIs weren’t delayed.
Banks don’t wait.

 They start calling.
 They charge late fees.
 They affect your credit score.

So whose fault is it?

The bank’s?
The company’s?
Yours?
Or just the situation?
Salaries can get delayed sometimes.

This is exactly why an emergency fund matters ideally 6–12 months of survival expenses without depending on salary.

But the real question is:

160 km/h. Seven Lives. One System Failure.

What's wrong with our system? 

- Why as parents we can't say no to the kids not to drive until it's legal?
- Why as parents we dont get them trained for the hours that is required before they hit the road?
- Why as parents we are aloof from our responsibilities?

In Bengaluru, a group of young students went out for a thrill.

A powerful SUV.
An empty stretch of highway.
Speed touching 150–160 km/h.

Within seconds, metal crushed.
Seven people died.
Six of them were students. Some were minors.

And today, families are not lighting lamps.
They are identifying bodies.

This is not new, now its daily and regular news. Either because of Juvenile or a Juvenile is dead. 

But let me ask something uncomfortable.

Why are we pretending this is only about “one reckless driver”?

This is also about a system that:

• Teaches driving in 10 days and calls it “enough.”
• Trains on crowded city lanes but never on real highways.
• Conducts licence tests that feel like a ritual, not a responsibility.
• Hands over permission to drive at 120 km/h without ever testing judgment at 80.

Driving is not about moving a vehicle.

It is about:
– Risk perception.
– Emotional maturity.
– Understanding that speed reduces reaction time.
– Knowing that one second can erase a lifetime.

City driving and highway driving are different skills.
Managing traffic at 30 km/h is not the same as handling a sudden lane shift at 100.

Yet we certify people for both — after a few turns on a test track.

Why?

A licence should not be a stamp.
It should be earned through:

✔ Real highway training
✔ Defensive driving education
✔ Hazard perception testing
✔ Strict speed awareness modules
✔ Graduated licences for young drivers

If we can have levels for education, why not levels for driving?

Because here is the hard truth:

Speed doesn’t kill alone.
Unprepared drivers do.

Somewhere in Bengaluru, there are parents staring at an empty bed.

This isn’t just tragic.

It is preventable.

Let’s stop treating driving like a shortcut skill.

A car is not freedom.
It is responsibility.

Strategic Restructuring & Operational Efficiency: Many companies are moving beyond simple cost-cutting to reorganizing teams to reduce redundancy and enhance efficiency, such as consolidating regional offices (e.g., Myntra shifting roles from Gurgaon to Bengaluru).

It used to be simple.

📍You created a profile.
📍Uploaded your resume.
📍Maybe applied for a few jobs.

And that was it.

📍A digital CV.
📍A professional directory.
📍A place recruiters visited.

But somewhere along the way, LinkedIn quietly evolved.

Today it is not just a job portal.

📍A credibility engine.
📍A trust marketplace.
📍It is a thinking platform.

People don’t come here only to hire.

They come here to observe how you think.

Your ability to explain what you know.

Today:

✅ People are saving useful content.
✅ They are reading longer posts than before.
✅ Sharing ideas that actually help them think better.

Earlier people chased likes.

Today the real signals are different.

✅ Saves.
✅ Shares.
✅ Conversations in comments.
✅ People reaching out saying “This helped me.”

Photos have changed too.

Endless selfies don’t build credibility.

But a picture of you:

📍Speaking on stage, 
📍Solving a problem
📍Teaching a class, 

That builds trust instantly.✅

Carousels have changed as well.

People don’t ❌ want “7 signs of a bad manager”.

They want real insights, real thinking, real stories.

Even commenting has changed.

A thoughtful comment can reach more people than a post.

And here’s the biggest shift I see.

Motivational noise is fading.

Authentic thinking is rising.

The people growing fastest on LinkedIn today are not the loudest.

They are the ones who are clear, useful, and human.

Which brings me to a simple question.

If someone spends 5 minutes on your profile today,

Do they only see your designation?

Or do they understand how you think and what you stand for?

Because on the new #LinkedIn…

Visibility comes from credibility.

And credibility is built one thoughtful post at a time.

I send 10 outreach messages a day on LinkedIn. 7 replies. Here's the exact script I use.

It's stupidly simple, and most people are overcomplicating it.

Most people do it like this:

- Send a 300-word AI-written message nobody asked for 
- Open with "I hope this message finds you well" 
- Pitch their service in the first line 
- Copy-paste the same message to 100 people and wonder why nobody replies

Here's the exact 4-step framework (and the psychology behind why it works):

Step 1: Name. 

Always. Hi [Name]. Not "hi there." Not "hey!" The brain is wired to respond to its own name. It signals, this is for me, not a blast. Most people skip this. Don't.

Step 2: One personalized line. 

Reference something specific, their recent post, their story, their niche. Not a compliment. An observation. "I saw your post on founder burnout, that part about silent sacrifices hit differently." This is similarity bias at work. When someone feels understood, their guard drops instantly. This one line does 80% of the work.

Step 3: A 4-5 word intro. 

"I run a personal branding agency." Short. Clear. No fluff. No credentials dump. Brevity signals confidence. Long intros signal insecurity. Messages under 100 words get 50% more replies. Every extra word costs you.

Step 4: Offer free value. 

Don't pitch. "I had one quick idea for your LinkedIn profile, would it be okay if I shared it?" This is reciprocity - The most powerful principle of influence. Give first. Ask nothing. People feel compelled to respond when they receive before they're sold to.

A real example of what this looks like put together:

"Hi Aman, I came across your post on scaling without a team, the part about doing everything yourself really resonated. I run a personal branding agency. I had one quick idea for your content strategy - happy to share if it'd be useful?"

Under 60 words. Human. Specific.

Write to one person. 
Make them feel seen. 
That's the whole game.
