Building films that don’t just look good but drive growth, recall, and real business outcomes.

My career has been shaped at the intersection of media, storytelling, and growth marketing, helping brands move from visibility to preference and from preference to revenue.

Currently, I work as Sr. Media Growth Marketing Manager at ThoughtProcess Films, a Mumbai-based creative production house known for delivering high-impact brand films, corporate films, ad films, digital commercials, and AI-enabled visual content for some of India’s most respected brands, including Siemens, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Reliance Industries, Godrej, Piramal Realty, Audi, and OLA.

At ThoughtProcess, we believe films are not cost centers they are growth assets.

My role sits where creativity meets performance, and includes:

~> Driving media growth strategy focused on client acquisition and revenue impact
~> Positioning brand films and corporate films as tools for sales enablement and brand trust
~> Working closely with founders, CEOs, CMOs, and leadership teams to align storytelling with business goals
~> Overseeing go-to-market strategy for ad films, digital campaigns, and branded content
~> Leveraging data, audience insight, and emerging AI tools to improve campaign effectiveness
~> Building long-term client relationships by delivering measurable ROI, not just beautiful visuals

Across my journey, one belief has stayed constant:
Great marketing doesn’t interrupt people. It resonates with them.

When I’m not working on media growth plans or campaign strategy, I spend time studying evolving storytelling formats, mentoring marketers, and brainstorming with founders on how films can become a competitive advantage — not an expense.
