I realized something uncomfortable.

Every option felt right.
And that was the problem.

So instead of overthinking it, I built something simple.

A small decision engine that forces clarity.

Here’s how it works:

You list your options.
You define what actually matters (impact, revenue, effort, time).
You assign weight to each factor.
The system scores everything objectively.

No emotions.
No bias.
Just structured thinking.

What surprised me wasn’t the math.
