This is about Sripathi, who two days after childbirth, sat for the Tamil Nadu Civil Judge exam.

Most new mothers are still in hospital beds. She was in an exam hall, 250 kilometers from her village.

Her father works as a housekeeper. She comes from a tribal community. No legal background. No connections.

But she had something more powerful than privilege. Determination.

Today, she's Tamil Nadu's first tribal woman civil judge.

Her journey reveals a fundamental truth about success:

The "right time" is a myth that keeps dreams on hold.

"We need 5 years of experience with LangChain"
↳ The framework launched in October 2022. That's barely 2 years, genius.

"Entry-level position requiring 10+ years experience"
↳ So entry-level means you've been working since you were 12?

"We're looking for a rockstar ninja unicorn developer"

"We're a family here (but we'll fire you without notice)"
↳ Families don't usually conduct performance reviews and layoffs.

And somehow, asking for more experience than physically possible became standard practice.
