A man who couldn't make money in the market made ₹601 crore selling the dream of trading success.

Here's what he did:
→  Collected fees from 3.37 lakh students 
→  Showed selective profitable trades to lure people 
→  Promised extraordinary returns

But his own trading account? 
A loss of ₹6.19 crore.

He lost money trading. 
But made a fortune selling courses.

SEBI found he was running an unregistered investment advisory business disguised as "education."

Result: 
Banned from the securities market. 
₹546 crore disgorgement ordered.

This isn't just one case. It's a pattern across the industry.

Rented luxury cars. Fake screenshots. Lavish lifestyle content.

And retail traders lose everything chasing that illusion.

India's aviation sector isn't growing. It's a graveyard.

India is the world's 3rd largest aviation market.
But the industry has lost over $22 billion since 2004.

How?

Two airlines control everything:

IndiGo owns 64% of the market. 
Air India Group owns 27%.

Together, they control 91% of India's skies.

In December, IndiGo cancelled 1,000+ flights in one day.
Ticket prices jumped 10x overnight.

The government had to step in, cap fares, and run emergency trains.

This is what happens when only 2 airlines control the market.

Why do airlines keep losing money?

Even with full flights and high prices, most airlines can't survive.

Here's why:
→ Aviation fuel is taxed at 25-30% (Global Average = 10%) 

→ 40% of Indian airspace is blocked by the military (planes have to take longer routes) 

→ No good maintenance facilities in India (planes are sent abroad for repairs) 

→ Airport charges are very high

Running an airline in India costs 65% more than anywhere else.

The list of dead airlines:
🔴 Kingfisher collapsed with ₹7,000 crore debt.
🔴 Jet Airways shut down owing ₹8,000 crore.
🔴 Go First was shut permanently in January 2025.
🔴 SpiceJet is barely surviving with 16 bankruptcy cases against it.
🔴 Air India lost ₹10,859 crore last year alone.

And yet, more Indians are flying than ever before.

The demand is there. The system is broken.

The truth:
Unless we fix fuel taxes, reduce costs, and break the duopoly, airlines will keep dying.

And passengers will keep facing sky-high prices or cancelled flights.

Can this ever be fixed?

India’s biggest problem isn’t unemployment.
It’s how some people get rich without earning it.

We keep telling young people to work hard and build their career.

But then you see a government employee earning ₹75,800/month owning 15 acres, running a chemical company, and hiding ₹2 crore in cash.

And you realise… the system isn’t broken.
It’s working exactly as designed for the wrong people.

It hit even closer to home during the recent municipal election in my town.

People were literally paid to vote.
Paid to travel and show up to vote.
Paid to choose someone they don’t even believe in.

Everyone knows it.
Everyone participates.
Everyone accepts it.

Corruption doesn’t come from one big scam.
It comes from a thousand small transactions that become “normal.”

What’s one reform you think could actually fix this?

Rupee is falling not just against the Dollar
Euro = -15.08%
Pound = -10.25%
Yen = -5.74%
USD = -5.08%

These are all YTD performance against major currencies.

At the moment, it looks concerning. Why?

Because when the rupee weakens against everyone, not just the dollar, it usually means the pressure is coming from India’s side, not from global currency moves.

Here are the simple reasons:
• Foreign investors are pulling money out.
Less money coming in = weaker rupee.

• The trade deficit is high: 
We’re importing more than we export, so demand for dollars stays strong.

• The RBI isn’t defending the rupee like before:
They’re letting it “adjust” gradually instead of holding the line.

• Uncertainty around the US–India trade deal isn’t helping.

Put together, the rupee is under steady pressure, not a crash, but a slow, broad decline.

142,000 millionaires are relocating internationally in 2025.
That's a record high.

And it reveals something important about global wealth migration.

Here's what's happening:

→ India: -3,500 
→ South Korea: -2,400

Where are they going?
→ UAE: +9,800 
→ USA: +7,500 
→ Switzerland: +3,000 
→ Italy: +3,600

The pattern is clear.
Wealth moves where it's welcomed.

Countries with high taxes, poor infrastructure, and complex regulations are losing their richest citizens.

Meanwhile, nations offering tax benefits, quality of life, and investment-friendly policies are winning.

This isn't about patriotism or loyalty.

It's about incentives.

When a country makes it difficult to build and preserve wealth, people simply move to places that don't.

The question isn't whether this is right or wrong.
The question is: what should countries do to make staying a better option than leaving?

I’m not enough.

Funny how that sentence shows up in our minds long before it ever shows up in reality.

This image says it perfectly: a fish looking into the mirror and seeing a much smaller version of itself.

And most of us do the same.
We shrink our progress.
We doubt our strengths.
We compare too much.

Here’s a simple reminder for today:
You’re doing better than you think.
You’re growing in ways you don’t notice.
And you are enough.

Sometimes, we just need to look again.

Being financially independent at 20 is NOT normal.
And it shouldn't be.

Yet social media has convinced an entire generation that if you're not a 6-figure earner by 21, you've failed.

Here's what actually happens:
A 20-year-old finishes undergrad and suddenly claims to be a "finance expert."

A 21-year-old with zero real-world experience sells you a course on "financial freedom."

A 22-year-old pushes you into network marketing, crypto schemes or affiliate programs that benefit them, not you.

The worst part?

Young people feel like failures for living a normal life.

For focusing on learning. 
For building skills slowly. 
For not having it all figured out at 22.

Let me be clear:
Financial independence at 20 is an outlier, not a standard.

Most successful people spent their 20s learning, failing, and building foundations.

They didn't skip the struggle. They used it.

So if you're in your early 20s and still figuring things out, you're not behind.

You're exactly where you should be.

Don't let fake gurus make you feel otherwise.
