Tech has always fascinated me with its potential to solve real-world problems and create innovations once thought impossible. My journey began as an entrepreneur, facing the challenges of running a company with limited tech knowledge. Discovering Wow Labz through a friend, I dove into WordPress development and volunteered with Headstart, India’s largest early-stage startup community, where I learned about the true struggles and triumphs of entrepreneurs.

At Wow Labz, I've embraced various roles over the past decade—from project management to marketing and sales. My generalist approach has allowed me to explore different verticals and uncover customer needs, delivering solutions that resonate. Currently, I lead a talented marketing team, focused on scaling our company from 1M to 10M ARR.

AI's exponential growth excites me. I believe it will help us innovate and make entrepreneurs' journeys smoother, creating numerous opportunities across industries. At Wow Labz, we've learned from our mistakes and now thrive in a dynamic, unstructured environment that fosters growth and learning.

Personally, I'm passionate about creative problem-solving with AI, mental health, and understanding how our minds work. I love riding my Desert Storm Bullet and am a fitness enthusiast. I currently manage all community &  International engagements at Headstart. My work includes:
- Expanding global presence & managing international partnerships
- Program management
- Community creation & management
- Volunteer engagement & learning
- Process improvement & event coordination

Manager- Community & International Ecosystems

- Collaborated with the partnerships team to successfully execute a wide range of deliverables, including social media marketing and organizing offline startup events & mixers across different domains & states.
- During the challenging COVID times, played a key role in transitioning to a more virtual environment. Developed initiatives and long-term strategies to ensure sustainability and adaptability.
- Strategically planned activities for volunteers, focusing on improving their experience, fostering growth, and reducing attrition.
- Effectively worked with remote teams to execute both small and large events, catering to diverse audiences ranging from 20 people to 700+. Events were conducted in both virtual and non-virtual formats.

Ecosystem Development Executive

Headstart Network is India's largest volunteer-driven grass root level organization supporting entrepreneurship and startups with a presence in 20+ cities and conducts 200+ meetups across India impacting over 20k lives through its activities.
During my internship I assumed diverse responsibilities including but not limited to: Internal communication and coordination with teams across 18 Indian cities, fulfilling various partnerships which involved coordination with multiple teams across different cities, supporting with planning, logistics, design and marketing for Headstart X - Headstart’s annual Entrepreneurship conclave which saw 500+ attendees.

Ecosystem Development Intern

H & R Johnson (India) - A Division of Prism Cement Limited

Established in 1958, H & R Johnson (India), a division of Prism Cement Ltd is the pioneer of ceramic tiles in India.
During my internship, I supported the organisation with market research and understanding purchase behaviour of consumers. This involved me interacting with similar dealers in the industry on a regular basis.
My internship gave me exposure to research while improving my business communication.

Marketing Intern

Driven by a passion for fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, Aarzoo actively contributes to nurturing early-stage ventures. As part of the idea/early stage incubation programs at NSRCEL (IIM-B’s startup incubator), she contributes to the success of two key initiatives: Launchpad and Campus Founders. Her focus is on nurturing student entrepreneurs & early-stage ventures, providing the support and resources needed to help founders bring their innovative ideas to life.

Previously, over the course of 6 years, Aarzoo gained extensive experience in community building at Headstart Network Foundation. She drove regional and sector-focused micro communities, bridging geographies and connecting Indian startups with global ecosystems.

Fun fact : Being a certified Yoga instructor, she's the happiest on a Yoga mat. :)
