I love testing ideas and figuring out what works, and nothing is more satisfying than seeing those numbers shoot up. 

Whenever time permits, I like getting my hands coloured working with the creative team, making campaigns and crafting beautiful messages, it has to be my second favourite activity (the first is still experimenting with crazy ideas).

Worked closely with the internal strategy team to monitor dealership performance and network strategy initiatives. Key Deliverables included- 
1. Building the Dealerships Review Board for the interim review which allowed for a 360° analysis of the dealerships via a KPI driven approach.
2. Designing a dealership strategy for tire 2 and tier 3 cities which allowed BMW to enter into target markets with a higher chance of success.
3. Dealership profitability analysis and fundamental analysis for all BMW dealerships and commenting on their performance through measuring ratios, making comparative statements, target achievement analysis, etc.
