Worked as a Product Manager for Whatsapp APIs that enable communication across Whatsapp channel. Also worked as product manager for SaaS portal which allows reporting or analytics for marketing done via APIs.

Shipped a feature of sending messages on whatsapp with help of SFTP files by gathering requirements from different business stakeholders, writing PRD and jira tickets for engineering team and then coordinating with engineering team to get it shipped. Also gave post development support to different business stakeholders to increase adoption and gather feedback.

Stabilized the reporting portal by doing uat, finding critical bugs, creating jira tickets and coordinating with engineering team to get them resolved. Also gave post resolution support to different business teams and gathered feedback from them.

Incorporated new pricing changes rolled out by meta in our whatsapp apis and system by analysing the industry trends, creating jira tickets for engineering team and coordinating with them to get them shipped.

•	Worked as a Product Manager for Adobe Journey Optimizer which is an omni channel marketing automation tool that automates marketing done with help of outbound and inbound channels like SMS, Email, Inapp etc.
•	Adobe Journey Optimizer(AJO) has been rated among Top 5 Marketing Automation Products globally by Gartner Magic Quadrant.
•	Was also responsible for finding critical bugs in AJO and getting them resolved with help of engineering team.
•	Was responsible for writing Product Requirement Documentation(PRD), creating tickets for engineering team and design teams.
•	Gained exposure in cross functional coordination between different stakeholders like Engineering, Operations, Design, Sales, Customer Success etc.
•	Was responsible for finding gaps in product by doing competitor analysis and monitoring industry trends.
•	Gained exposure in creation and implementation of product roadmap and end to end product lifecycle.

AdYogi

•	Worked as a Product Manager for Adyogi Pro which automates marketing done with help of facebook, google and amazon  ads.
•	Have hands on experience in automating digital marketing analytics for facebook ads, google ads and amazon ads and then building reporting and analytics features on top of it. 
•	Built and shipped all reporting and analytics features of product from scratch.
•	Reporting features built by me were so successful that many  clients gave feedback that reporting capabilities of our product are better than facebook ads platform, google ads platform and google analytics.
•	Product I worked for acquired 200+ clients and gained ARR of 25mn$+ during 2 years of pandemic.
•	Shipped a feature of Catalog Analysis which was highlighted as a distinguished feature on website of company.
•	Built feature of Platform Analysis which gave users information about  marketing efforts across different platforms and placements like Facebook Messenger, Instagram stories, Google Shopping, Amazon etc.
