My responsibilities as a product line manager were included the management and direction of both product development and the business relationships related to the product line. Briefly saying, my main responsibilities in this role were:
•	Managing and directing new product line development from ideation to market.
•	Customised design of patient-specific hip and 3D printed partial pelvic implants and surgical guides.
•	Managing the relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Fanavaran Jarahyar Sharif is a healthcare start-up utilizing new technologies to design and produce patient-specific instrumentations and address bone deformities. My responsibilities as a product specialist were included taking part in both technical product development as well as management of the relationships with customers and suppliers. As a senior product specialist, I was also in charge of guiding my junior colleagues. Briefly saying, my main responsibilities in this role were:
•	Conducting simulations to achieve optimal design for the products.
•	Designing customized products.
•	Identifying potential product improvement and market opportunities based on customers’ feedback.
•	Managing relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
•	Conducting analysis to identify bone parameters representing different aspects of the biomechanical status of the lower limb and their computer-assisted evaluation methods.

Senior Product Specialist

My responsibilities as a product specialist were included taking part in both technical product development as well as management of the relationships with customers and suppliers. •	Performing full modeling and analysis of lower extremity bones to identify the root cause of biomechanical disorders.

Product Specialist

University of Tehran

I am taking part in different research projects mainly in the fields of decision-making, entrepreneurship, and finance. The ongoing projects are using quantitative methods to investigate venture capitalists' decision making and analyze the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Briefly saying, my main responsibilities in this role included but not limited to:
•	Data collection and data analysis.
•	Conducting literature reviews. 
•	Preparing material for interviews and questionnaires. 
•	Conducting surveys and interviews. 
•	Preparing and documenting the research reports and proposals.
•	Collaborating effectively with other researchers and providing constant data access for all the team members.

Research Assistant

The research project was defined jointly between the School of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Tehran and the orthopedic department of Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Due to my background in mechanical engineering with a focus on biomechanics and my prior experience in the health industry, I gave responsibility for coordinating and managing the research project. The project was aiming at investigating the effect of health products' design on the outcome of the surgery and optimal design of the products. Briefly saying, my main responsibilities in this role included but not limited to:
•	Full planning of the project and executive supervision.
•	Primary assessment of the results.
•	Managing the relationships between different stakeholders.
•	Coordinating the relationships with internal and external partners.
•	Fostering cooperation and facilitating teamwork among a multidisciplinary team.
•	Coordinating customized design of patient-specific knee implants and surgical guides

Research Project Coordinator

ArandTour is a highly reputed tourism agency in Iran offering a wide range of city as well as nature tours including both domestic and international tours. As a certified nature tour guide from the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts of Iran, I was in charge of the successful execution of the tours (Mostly nature tours) from all aspects. Briefly saying, my main responsibilities in this role were:
•	Successful execution of the tour including all visits and other planned services.
•	Managing the cooperation between different service agents including drivers, hosts, etc. 
•	Leading and supervising the tourists through the trails and destinations.
•	Sustaining tourists' health during the programs.
•	Delivering first aid in case of any accidents.
•	Assuring legal observance of the tour during the execution and communicating about the related issues with officials in case of need.
