As CRM Director, I lead the CRM practice for L’Oreal Canada in the Corporate team with main mission to support 20+ brands strategically, improve process and general CRM/Database and SFMC practice in Canada to drive sustainable growth

   - CRM fundamentals – from compliant and qualitative data collection to relevant multi channel targeting
   - SFMC Center of Excellence – build an internal team with IT partners to support a healthy SFMC practice development
   - Incrementality tracking implementation to understand the real added value of direct (email/sms) and indirect (paid) 1p database
   - Customer journey mapping to focus on what really matters for customers and deliver value while mastering costs
   - Loyalty programs – overall assessment and optimization of existing and potential loyalty programs for B2C and B2B brands

As Data Science Director, I lead the 1P data practice (collection, compliance, reporting / visualisation, analytics squad) and data transformation of L'Oréal Canada

   - Customer data lake roll out (14 data sources integrated) in AWS S3 + databricks in collaboration with the IT teams
   - Data transformation roadmap – assessment of data practice (talents, systems, governance, business maturity, business use cases) and roadmap to bring our teams further (governance, visualisation, analytics, advanced data science – all supported by data literacy and data storytelling)
   - Executive training / education on power of data, roadmap to make L’Oreal Canada a truly data driven company
   - Team recruitment (external Data Science partners, Universities, internal team member) to build L’Oreal Canada Data Lab 
   - Assessment and selection of business use cases to be solved using data science with L’Oreal Mancom

My objective is to deploy customer centricity and scientific marketing at Group Dynamite. This is done  through 4 main streams: 

   - Design, implement and roll out a complete omni channel loyalty program supported by mobile applications. Program and mobile apps rolled out in Canada in Spring 2017.
   - Implement BI and Customer Analytics with advanced analytics capacities (clustering technologies, machine learning, product and offer recommendation) that bring actionable insights to business, allow personalized communications to customers / digital CRM and drive trackable incremental profit
   - Bring market research to the next level (quantitative research through surveys, qualitative research through panel and online community software) to develop a perfect understanding of our customers not only based on demographics and behaviour but also on their real motivations and psychological factors
   - Monitor and improve Customer Experience using customer journey mapping approach to make sure the customer experience is measured, quantified and improved in all channels and all steps of the journey with the brand

Cirque Club is a global community of 4,2 million Cirque du Soleil fans.

My primary goal is to increase Club members’ engagement to drive more sales and generate more buzz around Cirque's resident and touring shows. 
Several axis to meet this objective:  deploying a real customer-centric CRM approach, rejuvenating the database, empowering the team with the right technology and methods, and working on large-scale IT projects (Customer database).
