I’m a marketing strategist with 4+ years of experience working across personal branding, influencer marketing, content strategy, and creator-led storytelling.
I’ve worked closely with coaches, founders, and creators - helping them shape narratives, build personal brands from the inside out, and show up online with clarity and confidence.

Over the years, I’ve interacted with countless influencers and digital creators, understanding deeply what drives visibility, trust, and audience loyalty.
This experience has shaped the way I approach marketing:
not as a loud performance, but as a human conversation.

For the past two years, I’ve also been building and strategising a newsletter from scratch.
A big part of this work involves researching how real people communicate - digging into Reddit threads, analysing LinkedIn posts, studying creator patterns, and speaking to people who show up authentically online.
From all these insights, we create simple, actionable prompts that make personal branding feel less intimidating and more accessible.

And then there’s my other identity - the writer.
For the last 1.5 years, I’ve been working quietly on my personal blog, where I talk about emotions, womanhood, the things we internalise, and the feelings we rarely articulate.
It’s where I’ve discovered that sharing honestly creates space for others to say, “I feel that too.”

My work is strategy.
My writing is honesty.
My brand is a blend of both.

Most job rejections have nothing to do with capability.

They happen long before a human ever sees your profile

A pattern I keep seeing in career conversations is this:

People assume hiring decisions are made in one moment.They’re not.

They’re made in stages quietly, systematically and often without feedback.

First a system decides if your resume is even relevant.

Then a recruiter decides if your story makes sense.

Only then does an interviewer decide if you’re the right fit.

Most candidates prepare for only the last stage.

While spending time understanding how hiring actually works behind the scenes I explored how CvolvePro.com approaches this entire journey.

What I found interesting was how it mirrors the process instead of skipping steps.

At the entry point there’s an ATS resume scan that compares your resume against a specific role.

It shows where your profile aligns where it doesn’t and which skills or keywords aren’t being surfaced clearly enough even when you’ve done the work.

That alone explains why strong profiles sometimes never move forward.

The next step is articulation.

Cover letters are often treated as optional but in reality they’re your chance to explain context especially career breaks switches or non linear paths.

Here the cover letter generator works off your resume and the job description together helping you frame intent without sounding generic or over engineered.

Then comes the part people prepare for last interviews.

What stood out to me was the role specific interview Q and A prep.

Instead of broad questions the preparation is aligned to the skills, responsibilities and expectations of the role you’re actually applying for.

To what the interviewer asks

For students this reduces overwhelm.
For professionals it brings focus.
For career switchers it provides language for transition.

I often remind my community,Career growth today isn’t about doing everything.

It’s about doing the right things in the right order.

Tools won’t create outcomes on their own.

But they can help you see the process more clearly.

“Which skills should I actually learn to get hired in 2026?”

And here’s my honest answer:

Companies no longer want only coders.
They don’t want only MBAs.

They want techno functional talent, professionals who understand technology, business, and problem solving together.

If you’re a fresher or early career professional, these 10 skills can genuinely future proof your career:

1️⃣ Data Literacy (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)

You don’t need to become a data scientist, but you must know how to read, analyze, and explain data clearly. Almost every role today is data driven.

2️⃣ AI Tool Proficiency (ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI, Zapier, etc.)

Learn how to use AI to automate research, documentation, reporting, and workflows. Productivity is becoming a core career skill.

3️⃣ Business and Process Understanding

Understand how real businesses operate, sales funnels, finance flows, supply chains, customer journeys, and internal processes. This is what connects tech to impact.

4️⃣ Low Code and No Code Skills (Power Apps, Bubble, Webflow, Airtable)

Being able to build simple apps, dashboards, and automations without heavy coding gives you massive leverage in entry level roles.

5️⃣ Cloud and Digital Fundamentals (AWS, Azure, APIs, SaaS tools)

You don’t need deep certifications initially, but you should understand how cloud platforms work and how systems connect.

6️⃣ Communication and Stakeholder Skills

Explaining technical ideas in simple language, writing clearly, presenting confidently, and asking the right questions will accelerate your growth faster than pure technical depth.

7️⃣ Structured Problem Solving

Learn how to break vague problems into clear steps, identify root causes, and build logical solutions. This mindset is valuable across consulting, product, analytics, and operations roles.

8️⃣ Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Awareness

Basic knowledge of data security, privacy regulations, and responsible tech usage is becoming essential for every professional, not just IT teams.

9️⃣ Product Thinking and User Mindset

Understand how products are built, tested, improved, and scaled. Learn to think from the user’s perspective and measure outcomes, not just features.

🔟 Continuous Learning and Adaptability

The ability to learn fast, unlearn outdated skills, and stay curious will matter more than any single tool or degree.

The real truth:

Your degree alone will not make you employable in 2026.

Prompt Architects & Automation Specialists
AI Governance, Ethics & Risk Advisors
Tech + Business hybrid roles

This tells us something important.

The future isn’t just about building technology.

It’s about applying technology to real business problems, people systems, compliance, storytelling, growth, and decision-making.

Pure coders will matter.But professionals who can translate AI into business impact, leadership decisions, customer experience, and operational efficiency will matter even more.

From my own work in career coaching and personal branding, I’m seeing massive demand emerging in:

• AI-powered career strategists
• Personal brand managers who understand data + distribution
• Content technologists who combine storytelling with automation
• Educators who can simplify complex tech for real-world adoption
• Community builders who can create trust in a noisy AI world

Careers are no longer linear.
They’re becoming skill-stacks + credibility + visibility + problem-solving ability.

Degrees will matter less than:

How fast you learn
How well you adapt
How clearly you communicate
How visible your expertise is
How responsibly you use AI
